From the hostess to the server, to the food attendants, everyone was friendly. The place was clean, the buffet was plentiful and had a variety of food items for everyone. I look forward to trying the lunch and dinner.

I would love to give this place a good review. But unfortunately, Adrian ruined that. I am honestly shocked that someone with such a nasty personality, is even working in the hospitality business. Check my other reviews, I'm an honest abe. So disappointed in his service and how he treats customers.

Service was terrible. Nonattentive or helpful. Food took forever if you didn't get buffet. It's a restaurant in a hotel and they had NO tea bags and never got tea for me. When I wanted to put in for pancakes for my son, they told me the buffet would make them...the buffet told me no...I had to chase down the server to put in the order and then they took forever to come (over 35 minutes). Really REALLY disappointing.

The valentines for 2 dinner was indeed not for 2 people. They served us 1 steak and told us to cut it in half. Not worth the money. Loud. Dance competition checking in during our dinner

1/18/2025 I live the hotel, but check in time is 2PM, so I have to wait and enter the Apropoe’s, hungry and want to sleep, the restaurant design is soso.

It was not crowed at all but the one server was slow and never checked led back on us. We had a table of 8 and two items were wrong any my dinner never showed up. No drink refills and no one came to bus app plates. Chicken wings were raw on inside. (Got charged full price for everything) It was a disaster and no manager very came by or apologized. A terrible experience.
Ate a quick lunch here while in Baltimore on the harbor. Food and drinks were good.
