Order of the Ace is a stunning restaurant in Harbor East with a gorgeous and swanky interior, offering amazing live jazz music. The Secret Handshake cocktail with vodka and agricole rum was smooth and inventive, while the Allegory of the Cave with Japanese whiskey was a hit, despite the sour plum at the bottom. The spacious layout allows for a comfortable experience, with regular seating along the walls and a central focus on the piano and other instruments. While the service was initially lacking and confusing, eventually improving after some delay, the highlight was the fantastic ambience and excellent music. Special mention goes to bartender Evan for crafting an outstanding chocolate martini. With delicious drinks and a lively atmosphere, Order of the Ace is a must-visit, especially for those looking for a unique and enjoyable night out in Baltimore.
