we ordered the size based on the size chart posted however when we received the sweatshirts and although they were marked as large they measured at extra small sizing. the company refuses to take back the mis sized(their error) shirts unless we pay fees. do not order from this company, unless you want to throw your money away. we feel scammed, they should pay shipping back tomorrow them along with any and all fees, and credit us back 100 percent!!

Only 2 people working during Sunday brunch. Long wait, terrible coffee, dirty tables with stained napkins are extremely unfortunate for the price one pays to stay at Ulysses. This hotel is beautiful but the service completely missed the mark. And the food was not good at all.

Waited over an hour for one dish. Still waiting. People who ordered 15 minutes ago are getting their food but they swear they didn’t forget to put our order in. We had to cancel our lunch plans because the wait for breakfast was so long.

Had a great mini-breakfast here before heading to my event. Great service and conversation — very friendly! Highly recommend this cafe AND the hotel… it’s gorgeous!

This has by far been my best experience at any hotel bar. This staff is amazing but I’ll start with Adelleke. She was so welcoming and warm and was a subject matter expert in directing to me to a classy Baltimore experience. She made some amazing drinks and some great suggestions for food in the area. I will be staying at this hotel every time I’m in Baltimore. Thank you Adelleke!!!!

Had the most wonderful
experience here! Rex is incredible, gave great recs and made a perfect martini. Ambiance is lovely and the entire hotel is detailed to perfection.

Had a great experience at Ash Bar, stayed in the hotel and popped down for happy hour. Drinks were amazing and Rex (I hope I spelled that right) was the best bartender! Would highly recommend.

Breakfast and brunch feature an excellent selection of teas, coffes, baked goods, and delicious morning dishes. Evening light bites are good sized portions and don't disappoint. Talented bar and wait staff on hand all day.

I ordered the Secret Correspondence and it was wonderful. The bartenders were friendly and professional. The look and atmosphere was something to go back and send friends to!

Food’s not bad but breakfast service was terrible. Took an hour to get a coffee and eggs. Hotel is also designed nicely but very bare bone rooms.

We have been coming to Ash bar for a few years and this most recent visit. There was a dramatic decrease in the choices of food as well as the service for breakfast. The server we had was excellent, but unfortunately, he was by himself and the restaurant got pretty full. He also was the only one there to make drinks so there was long weights and we were just getting coffee. We were looking forward to a French toast or another option for our son, but unfortunately that is no longer on the menu. they were out of OJ. Seemed like a different experience

My SO and I were staying at the hotel, we go down to the cafe to grab something to eat. We walk up to the counter where 3 staff members are standing around joking and talking with each other. We ask them if we order there or at a table. They rudely brush us off and tell us to go sit down, and they'll get to us when they can, and they continue to just stand around and talk. So, we go to sit down, and literally every single table had a bunch of dirty dishes on it. We sit at the least dirty table. They continue to stand around and talk for another 10-15 minutes, not clearing off tables, getting us waters. Nothing. We eventually just leave, not being served once or see them clear off a single table. As we're walking out, we even hear another table tell the waitress that finally goes to them that they are still waiting for some item. What a lazy rude staff for such an expensive place. I hope they're not getting paid much, because they really don't deserve it.
