Great cocktails and a fun liveley spot in Baltimore mt Vernon neighborhood
The mirrors are a interesting touch it feels very 70’s or early 90’s kinda vibe and the host was amazing at handling the door and clear off tables for the new customers. I was very impressed.
The Atmosphere here was a chill vibe. Definitely loved the decor and the relaxed nature of the place. Plenty of unique drink options too! We just got a couple of drinks. This is definitely a spot to bring a date or friends to just relax.

While some cocktails like the green frothy one are SO good, others may taste a little like medicine. The service is nice, with tables ready on time for reservations, though the barback can be a little rude at times. Bloom's is not suitable for children, as it maintains an adult-oriented atmosphere. Street parking is moderate, and prices are fair, with cocktails around $14. The place is pretty inside, offering a celebratory atmosphere with sweet and smoky flavors, but reservations are recommended for the best experience.
