My date and I checked out this lounge and their drinks were tasty.We first had the Fue Mejor and Jungle Bird for the first round. The tall Jungle Bird wasn't bad while the Fue Mejor had that sweet and smoky taste.The second batch we tried was the French Martini and the Midouri Sour. These batch of drinks were our favorite. The French Martini had an elegant finish on top of their drink while the Midouri Sour was a great sweet and sour combination.Definitely check out this intimate lounge and make sure to have a reservation before going. Definitely worth to check out.

The bartenders were very kind and helpful! The drinks were quickly made and were delicious. We also ordered the olives and they were very tasty too. This is a very nice place that gives off a vintage Miami vibe as there are upholstered lounge chairs, mirrors, and palm trees made of mirrors.

We got engaged here on Wednesday, March 6th, 2024. I cannot express how kind and accommodating the staff were. They treated my fiancé so well when he called to reserve the space. They allowed him to put up some small decorations and when he got down on his knee, both staff and patrons cheered. The staff continued to be more than attentive to our needs, popping champagne and offering a complimentary glass to our party. It was the perfect setting and vibe for this occasion. And I am a cosmo girl now because they are simply delicious! Thank you so much and we will be back.

I had an outstanding time at blooms the other night, the drinks were outstanding, the service was beyond remarkable, and I enjoyed my overall experience. I definitely recommend visiting This Bar if you are in the Mount Vernon area!

Bloom's might be my favorite cocktail bar in city. Great atmosphere, nicely decorated bar with a plethora of drinks for every taste, even a few non-alcoholic options. Our server Bodie was great; he was knowledgeable and took to the time to explain some of the cocktails we had questions about. Pictured are the Baby's First Bourbon and the Ginger Tiger. Will definitely be back!

I give one star overall for the interior design and zero stars for everything else. I had reservations for 9:15pm. When I arrived I was told that they are doing last call at 10-10:15pm because the place is booked out for tonight. The place being booked out for the night isn’t the problem. The problem is I should’ve been told that when I made the reservations. They literally had all the times open to book. So if I would’ve booked after 10 I would’ve got turned away completely. They even got a courtesy text saying we won’t have a full hour due to a private event. We decided that we could just have one drink. However, we were sitting for 15 minutes before we decided to leave because no one decided to come over to help us. Not only is I’m not even going to have a full hour but now we’re not even getting serviced. I shouldn’t have to track down the waiter for help. It looked like they were busy setting up for the event. After that we decided to leave. To make matters worst the person in my party drove a long way to the city just to come to this cocktail bar on top of that it was her birthday. At this point all restaurants in the area and downtown Baltimore is booked. Everywhere we went was two hour plus wait times. This is where the issue really come in. If they would’ve just contacted me to let me know the restaurant is getting booked out that night we could’ve made plans elsewhere. This is terrible customer service to me. I hate places that masquerade themselves as a five star establishment just to have lousy customer service. We never been here and was excited to come, but now the chances of me returning is slim to none.

This is one of those classic beautiful vintage style bars the drinks are a bit expensive however the place is well worth it and the drinks are exceptionally good quality the staff is friendly and very quick to make great drinks I would highly recommend visiting this place even if you're not staying in the hotel make a special trip it's worth it!

We waited over 15 minutes to be seated, alothgh there were a couple of open booths and bar seats available. After 15 - 20 minutes, we were seated at the bar while the booths remained empty. Once at the bar, the glass-top was gross. They did not clean or sanitize between guests. I had to ask the bartender for napkins to clean it. Most of the crud didn't budge. My first drink, the jungle bird, was good so I asked for it again when the bartender ask us for our next round. My second drink did not taste anything like the first. It was bitter and had a weird aftertaste. My husband said his drinks were ok but not as good as previous times. There has definitely been a drop in quality at the this bar.
