Needed a 6am breakfast and their sausage, egg & cheese served on a buttered signature pretzel bun was a pleasant surprise. The pretzel bun makes it a much better option than nearby McDonald’s or Dunkin’ for breakfast.

Only group of people who seemed happy and excited. All of the other businesses in the terminal had rude or unpleasant staff. The food was good and the place was clean.

Low expectations, high reward—Auntie Anne’s came through.
Look, I’m not trying to set gourmet standards at the airport. I just want something quick, warm, and satisfying. After standing in line at Smoothie King, I noticed zero wait at Auntie Anne’s and made the snap decision to grab some pretzel bites (both classic and cinnamon sugar) and a pretzel dog for my fiancée and me.
It’s been years—maybe since childhood—since I last had Auntie Anne’s, and honestly? It hit so much harder than I expected. Warm, soft, salty, sweet… just classic airport comfort food done right.
Fast, easy, and way better than it had any right to be.
Sometimes nostalgia wins.

Food was excellent and fresh. Staff was very nice and efficient. this was the concourse D location. For the price this was the best bang for the buck.

Super warm and BIG pretzels!
Excellent service. Located at concrouse D next to gate D4. Fresh and warm pretzels compared to some of the other airport locations.
When you’re hungry, it is delicious (when it’s warm!)

This location stole from me (location at Gate A/B)!
I love Auntie Anne's & buy pretzels from them often! I went to the counter & the person didn't seem like she was paying much attention (I wasn't too worried at first), but I was worried after my transaction!
I had a few bills in my wallet & I was hoping to get change, so I gave the cashier a $20, after getting less change than I expected I asked her why I got so little back, she then informed me that I gave her a $10. I calmly explained to her that I did not have a $10 bill in my wallet at the time, so that would be impossible. After that another employee (who seemed to have her back turned most of the time) quickly turned around & ALSO insisted that I hadn't given the cashier a $20. Finally I felt like I wasn't going to be able to convince both of them & there was a line forming behind me so I took my pretzels & left.
Honestly, I was more insulted than anything... I felt like I had been called a liar to my face & they weren't worried about how I felt at all.
I will never go back to this location & would warn others to not attend in the future as well. I have been to Auntie Anne's where they were out of pretzels, burned, etc. but this was the only 1 I felt like I needed to write in about.

The food tasted like it had been under the lights for a bit too long.
And I know airport food is always pricey, but it's still painful how pricey it is.
