The food tasted like it had been under the lights for a bit too long.
And I know airport food is always pricey, but it's still painful how pricey it is.

Asks for tip during check out , there were no option of not giving tip. How shameless? Why is there a tip option? Pay your employees more, stop ripping people off.

Best part of BWI- couldn’t believe how hot and fresh everything was @7:30 on a Sunday night. I watched them pull beautifully risen dough, roll and cut the pieces, create baby pretzels dogs, and continued to keep the fresh food coming! Far exceeded my expectations.

Your sashes are so bad. The syrup was just sitting there. I threw up nine times. This is disgusting.

Annoyed! I am a rewards member and they had no way to give me a receipt, or scan my rewards for my points. I spent $18. I could have got a whole free pretzel my next visit. Thanks a lot never again!!!!!!

Upon arriving at the auntie Anne’s at BWI airport, I was immediately drawn in by the impeccable atmosphere. The customer service astounded me; I was met with gracious smiles and sweet hellos from the staff. The professionalism within a bustling atmosphere was impressive! Their facilities are clean and they always wear gloves and visors to keep clean. The workers are genuinely angels from above. The food was freshly made, and their products are handmade on demand. When I bit into my classic bun, the flavors melted in my mouth. The portion size was large and hearty. I also ordered some yummy hot dog pretzels. They were heavenly, and the hotdog was so flavorful and a perfect complement! The outer shell was buttery and savory. I cannot say enough about the Auntie Anne/Cinnabon shop! Absolutely adorable, amazing customer service, freshly made food! What more could you ask for? Thank you, thank you, thank you. For the smiles you gave me, and the yummy feel in my stomach! How kind. Thank you, auntie Anne’s!

Caved into my tourist tendencies and decided to buy something "American". They only take care not cash (probably cause it's an airport location). Ordered the mini pretzel dogs and regular original pretzel. I didn't expect it to be a baked good. Essentially the pretzel is a huge salted, & easily digestible bread. Tastes good but definitely too expensive for my wallet.

Stopped quickly to grab a cinnamon pretzel on the way to the gate. Paid around $5 for it. It was pretty tasty I enjoyed it..

Decent for a quick snack. Cheese sauce wasn't very good.

Raymund O, if you don't want to help customers while you clean, then don't make an announcement that you are open but only for drinks. Especially when a number of the BWI airport water fountains and water refill stations do not even work.
