We did the Hibachi with Ryan. He did a phenomenal job. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good meal and some entertainment. The hibachi room also usually has room for walk ins which is convenient given how far out reservations are booked in the main dining room at this restaurant.

It still feels surreal to say that—ten million views. I’m so incredibly grateful for the continued love, support, and encouragement from each of you. What started as a small hobby has turned into something I genuinely cherish. Thank you for coming on this journey with me.

Now let’s talk about Azumi—an absolutely phenomenal sushi restaurant located in Baltimore’s prestigious financial district, with sweeping views of the water that will take your breath away.

This past Wednesday, I was invited to lunch, expecting a casual bite—but what I experienced was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I was picked up in a stunning white Corvette (yes, that kind of afternoon!), I knew this wouldn’t be an ordinary day. We parked conveniently in the attached garage, and from there, I was completely swept away.

Azumi is the definition of modern elegance. Sleek interior, calming atmosphere, and panoramic waterfront views that create the perfect setting for any occasion. Although we were originally seated at a lovely table, my companion requested we move to the sushi bar so we could watch the chefs in action—and I’m so glad he did. It added a beautiful, personal touch to the experience.

Our server, Carl, deserves special recognition. His attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth elevated the entire meal. Outstanding customer service makes all the difference, and Carl exceeded expectations in every way.

Now, for my signature drink—sparkling water with a generous serving of lime and 5 to 10 cherries (don’t judge—I love my cherries!). It was crisp, refreshing, and a perfect prelude to an incredible meal. Every bite of sushi was fresh, flavorful, and artfully presented.

While I typically take dozens of photos and videos during my visits, this time I found myself simply soaking it all in. The view, the ambiance, the food, and the company were too good not to be present for.

Azumi is a standout. Whether you’re entertaining clients, planning a romantic date, or simply treating yourself—you’ll be impressed from start to finish. I highly recommend requesting Carl if he’s available. I’ll definitely be returning.

Until next time, with gratitude 💜

I went with my husband. Valeria served us. WOW incredible experience. She was super professional and friendly. The food was exquisite and perfect. She offered us a complimentary drink when we told her we were celebrating two weeks of marriage. A lovely gesture. We'll be back. The view is beautiful.

Azumi is a perfect place to grab sushi right off the harbor in Baltimore! Our server Eric was extremely assertive, and super friendly. The edamame as a starter was fresh and not overly salted. I definitely recommend the dynamite roll if you’re looking for a light, yet flavorful sushi roll. Great dining atmosphere and beautiful views of the Charm City.

Food was absolutely amazing, very attentive and friendly staff. Outside seating is right next to the harbor so it can get loud at times.

Azumi Sushi offers more than just fresh, high-quality food—it delivers an unforgettable dining experience, thanks to its incredible staff. Our waiter, Kevin, went above and beyond to make us feel truly special, while Mario and Tom added to the magic of the night with their kindness. Though the sushi was delicious and expertly prepared, it's the staff that truly shines at Azumi. From the hostess to just passing by wait staff, everyone is incredible here. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism make this restaurant a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy great food in Baltimore with an extra touch of hospitality. They made an important date night for two parents who haven't had one in years shine brightly. Thank you to all of you, from the bottom of our hearts. You all should be training people worldwide with how you handle hospitality!

The copper cod is stewed in hydrogen, the sting is dripping, and the sting is dripping. The mud is stinging, and the mud is helium. It is not stained, and the sting is 300%. 321 is a lotus! Beautiful food-scaped presentations feed the eyes of wonder and fill the hungry soul before the first bite. The wonderfully curious excursion of flavors alone will keep our unity of souls coming back.

Wir waren an zwei Abenden dort, weil es a) sehr, sehr lecker und b) vom Service einfach toll war! Alle waren freundlich, aufmerksam, flott und sehr zuvorkommend. Eine absolute Empfehlung von uns!

I live about 6 minutes from Azumi and I love frequently going in the afternoon to sit at the outside bar to enjoy the weather. However, I had a very unpleasant experience on 9/10. The young lady at the bar Jackie or Jacqueline, after ordering my drink/food ask me if I wanted to start a tab or cash out. I wanted to do a tab so she then proceeds to ask for a card to keep on file...which is no problem at all. As I'm sitting solo and observing the scenery I NOTE that she has only to hold cards from me and a young gentleman next to me that also happens to be of black decent. I was completely turned out to the point I didn't even finish my food. Obviously, it was her discretion on whom to require a card from and not the establishment per say but training needs to be done that it does not present as bias!
