Lady Raven by Deloitte is the best drink I’ve ever had. Not on the menu but ask. Stellar

This place is awesome. Delonte is a skilled mixologist. You have to get his Lady Ravin custom drink. The super secret entry is a great introduction to this place. They really went all-in on a speak easy. Or, you know, don’t come here so it quiet and chill for my own private enjoyment ;)

I don’t normally do this but I feel compelled. This used to be a great spot and it still could be. The problem is that the current service is shockingly bad. The bartenders are great but the woman at the front of house needs to be retrained or removed. To make a long story short I walked in through the secret door and was immediately met with the hostess who I could immediately tell for whatever reason did not want anything to do with me. Which was shocking because all I said was hi… I then asked for a table of 4 and she immediately claimed that they did not have room. I then ask if we can split up and she becomes defensive and claims there are only single person spots at the bar. I knew something was off. So as an experiment I had my fiancé go in 15 minutes later alone and ask for a table. She now asked for a table of 7. There was some resistance but eventually she was given a large table in the corner. Now i know that my fiancé is much more charming than I am but come on…. Also when we got in there there were only 4 other people in there! Obviously once she saw that the remaining party included me she then would not look at me. Ultimately the drinks we got were superb and the bartenders were great but I will definitely have second thoughts about going back. I fear that a single person like this one is enough to tank a great place like this. Please do something to fix this so that Baltimore can continue to have some of the best bars around!

Such a cool experience! We did the token entry and there were curtains once we walked in. We walked through the curtains to get to the main bar. There was limited bar seating and lots of tables. We found a spot at the bar and had a great time. We didn’t do karaoke, but it seemed like a fun time based on people going in and out.

I have to first and foremost mention that I ordered 2 Plymouth martinis - a drink that should cost upwards of only $13/$14. It’s not a top shelf gin…
This one, however, was $17! Plus an automatic 20% gratuity (which they even apply to pouring a glass of wine) that’s over $20/drink.
But it gets worse. Both were roughly 1/2 to 3/4 of what a martini should be. The attached photo is from BEFORE a sip was taken.
So that’s my main grouse.
The place is swanky. But service was also ROUGH. The bartender (who was also serving) was the only person with 17 people in the space at one point. And their temperament was quite different for each party. We - a party of 6 - were treated quite coldly. Meanwhile, others around were treated as if it was the friendliest bar in town.

B-Side Cocktails has a cool vibe and definitely puts effort into creating a trendy, laid-back atmosphere. The cocktails were solid—creative and well-crafted—but nothing that really blew us away for the price point. The service was decent, though it felt a bit slow at times, especially considering it wasn’t overly busy when we visited.
The music and décor were fun, and it’s a nice spot to grab a drink with friends, but overall the experience didn’t quite stand out. Worth checking out if you're nearby, but not necessarily a go-to destination. Would give it another try, hoping for a more memorable round next time.

Drinks are just average and it’s hard to find the entrance which is cute. But, there were 4 of us and they asked us not to take the chairs in front of the couch we had. And NO ONE was willing to take those seats. Abd when I commented, the waiter rudely mentioned “i am so sorry “
Anyway, average drinks, and not s nice staff. There are better places nearby
Waiters were not welcoming, felt like asking for a drink or talking was a problem. The vibes were awesome, gorgeous place, high priced with crappy service.
Slow, unwelcoming service. Much better time at the bar on top of the hotel!
This place is literally a hidden gem! My wife and I visited for Valentine’s Day. The music and decor was cool. The hostess, the bartender, and our server were very friendly. The cocktails are creative and fun. The menu was limited in options, but what we got was tasty. Come for the cocktails, stay for the vibe!

Good spot.....did not get food but good drinks....good times
Delante and Sanchez were amazing and very accommodating. We enjoyed the private karoake and entire ambiance of the speakeasy. This will be great for a date but we went to celebrate a birthday. Fun experience
Caught the train up from DC to meet my cousin up for her birthday . Atmosphere was amazing ! Dalante our server was very attentive and knew the menu well and even remixed drinks to our liking . Sanchez was even better very accommodating . This place is the place to be in Baltimore very sexy highly recommend
First time going here & the hidden door wouldn't open with the jukebox. We got seated pretty quickly but it took about an hour to get a drink here. Ambiance was lovely & noise was just loud enough to not hear other people's conversations. I would try it again
Celebrated a part of my 40th birthday here with friends and we had a blast. We had a small issue with miscommunication but Sanchez is the sweetest and made up for it. We will be back.
