B-Side Cocktails has a cool vibe and definitely puts effort into creating a trendy, laid-back atmosphere. The cocktails were solid—creative and well-crafted—but nothing that really blew us away for the price point. The service was decent, though it felt a bit slow at times, especially considering it wasn’t overly busy when we visited.
The music and décor were fun, and it’s a nice spot to grab a drink with friends, but overall the experience didn’t quite stand out. Worth checking out if you're nearby, but not necessarily a go-to destination. Would give it another try, hoping for a more memorable round next time.
Drinks are just average and it’s hard to find the entrance which is cute. But, there were 4 of us and they asked us not to take the chairs in front of the couch we had. And NO ONE was willing to take those seats. Abd when I commented, the waiter rudely mentioned “i am so sorry “
Anyway, average drinks, and not s nice staff. There are better places nearby
Waiters were not welcoming, felt like asking for a drink or talking was a problem. The vibes were awesome, gorgeous place, high priced with crappy service.
Slow, unwelcoming service. Much better time at the bar on top of the hotel!
This place is literally a hidden gem! My wife and I visited for Valentine’s Day. The music and decor was cool. The hostess, the bartender, and our server were very friendly. The cocktails are creative and fun. The menu was limited in options, but what we got was tasty. Come for the cocktails, stay for the vibe!
Good spot.....did not get food but good drinks....good times
Delante and Sanchez were amazing and very accommodating. We enjoyed the private karoake and entire ambiance of the speakeasy. This will be great for a date but we went to celebrate a birthday. Fun experience
Caught the train up from DC to meet my cousin up for her birthday . Atmosphere was amazing ! Dalante our server was very attentive and knew the menu well and even remixed drinks to our liking . Sanchez was even better very accommodating . This place is the place to be in Baltimore very sexy highly recommend
Celebrated a part of my 40th birthday here with friends and we had a blast. We had a small issue with miscommunication but Sanchez is the sweetest and made up for it. We will be back.
An absolute mess. They had two raggedy ,idk what you call them floor representatives, or hostesses. Who mistook the severity of their job for secret service. The space is small & it was very warm ( it’s December could be climate control), not a big deal but slightly uncomfortable. The real issue is customer service. They told my friend she couldn’t stand to speak to me while I was sitting after they wouldn’t let us sit near her for her birthday gathering. Then later in the evening after the place cleared my friend tried to let us know she was heading upstairs and the hostesses came rushing over to say she couldn’t talk to me standing nor could she sit down in the empty chairs next to me because they were reserved. I hurriedly tried to leave since they were pressed to remove her, and left my leftovers on the table, while I went to the bathroom ,small bites that I waited over 20 minutes to get. I came back less than 5 minutes later and she wouldn’t let me pass the curtain to get it. Immediately saying they threw it out. I was telling my friend about them throwing away my food in the hallway ,outside of the bar, and another hostess inserted herself into the conversation to say threw it away. So basically- I paid to sit away from the party I came to see, watch my friends be treated like refugees trying to illegally cross the border in a room smaller than a studio apartment AND have my food tossed. An absolute mess..

Some friends and I went for New Year's Eve last year and it was great. The cocktails were exquisite! It's cozy, warm and comforting. Of things go right you're already at the hotel, lol!
Had a fantastic time celebrating my friend's b'day with karaoke. The staff was wonderful.
B Side Cocktails is an absolute treasure tucked inside Hotel Revival! This speakeasy-style bar has such a cool, intimate vibe that makes it feel like a true hidden gem in Baltimore. The mixologists here are top-notch, crafting creative and expertly balanced cocktails that elevate the whole experience. Each drink feels like a personalized masterpiece, and the attention to detail is impressive. The ambiance is perfect for a night out with friends or a cozy, stylish date. If you’re looking for a unique spot with character and incredible drinks, B Side is the place to be.

For what is a minimum $300 experience, this was not the luxury or level of service that I would have expected. I went to B-Side with friends for my birthday. I've been a patron at B-Side before and have had a good experience, but this time left disappointed.
First, we were not told at booking about the required bottle service and room minimum of $300. Even worse, when we arrived and we're told about the minimum, the karaoke room wasn't ready for us: the music volume was low and the mics didn't work, repeatedly. This was especially frustrating because we were on a countdown clock so every minute that something didn't work cut into our time having fun. We often had to hunt for wait staff to help us. While our server did come to us immediately at the beginning, they didn't check on us frequently and sometimes we had to go hunting to find them for things like additional mixers for our bottle service, help with the technical issues in the room, and even to pay our bill! At a standard club when you order bottle service, there's a bit more fanfare like sparklers and at minimum, VIP level attention from staff.
On top of that, we found the Songa interface difficult to use and with a limited song selection. Or maybe it had a great song selection but was too difficult to interact with that we missed the songs we wanted. The service also wasn't stellar - not bad, just not great.
Last week was especially disappointing given that my friends had traveled for hours from out of town to attend.
I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that it gives B-side ideas for how to improve the karaoke experience. I love that Baltimore has a place with private karaoke rooms, and this place has so much potential to make it stellar for future patrons.
