first this guy tried to charge me for two dips of ice cream and only gave me one. When I questioned him about it, he told me he would give me more, but wanted me to wait until the wihiter skin people were served who came in after me. of course that wasn’t happening, and I stood there until he gave me the rest of my ice cream.

This place is a disaster. Half the ice cream wasn’t labeled. Half was melted or empty in the case. The prices are outrageous-for a tiny cup of ice cream. Lesson learned.

team members were very disorganized, when ordering a milkshake after I got it you might aswell just put it on the screen as chocolate milk. No effort or ice cream in it. Terrible job
My experience dining at the freshly annexed baskin robins went above and beyond all expectations. I had already been a loyal Dunkin costumer, so when I heard about the addition of B.R, I knew I needed to give it a try! The staff were welcoming and friendly as always, creating a lovely atmosphere that transcended into B.R. The two young gentlemen that run the store are so pleasant to talk to! They know all of their regulars by name! The staff are always diligent and efficient; they always have a smile on their face! They have the homey environment of a small business, with the options/prices of a franchise! It truly is the best of both worlds.
