One of the best food spots in Baltimore
This was my first time here and I got the Happy Roll and the chicken and salmon over fried rice. It was really good and everything was super fresh. I will definitely be returning!

Hibachi Express Japanese Grill is a restaurant that offers delicious and fresh sushi, with options like shrimp and crab rolls. Their hibachi chicken and fried rice dish is filling and satisfying. The beef and shrimp with noodles, rice, and veggies make for a large, shareable portion. The food is generally well-received, and the service is efficient. The restaurant is located on the end corner of a shopping center, making parking convenient. Customers can opt for door dash delivery and enjoy the perks of a discount system. Overall, Hibachi Express Japanese Grill provides a good dining experience with tasty and worthwhile food options.
The restaurant is described as having a "no-nonsense fast food type of layout," and some customers have noted that the place can be a bit dirty, especially when visited late at night. However, the food is consistently great for the price, and the staff is friendly and speedy. One customer even mentions a bonus point - the little mascot looks like Firey from BFDI. While the atmosphere can be a bit cold, with the staff wearing t-shirts, the overall dining experience is positive, with customers recommending the restaurant and returning regularly for the delicious and reasonably-priced food.
