I’m giving them a 3.8 because the food was good. Customer service is everything but when I first walked in the young lady looked at me & closed the kitchen door never saying anything. I believe the manager or owner took my order and was good from that point. Pizza was outstanding as always. This is the only place that my relative looks forward to getting pizza from everytime they visit for a few days. Hanging out with my bestie on a Saturday afternoon we got a hankering for some wings. Billy's did not disappoint! We ordered the Buffalo Garlic and Lemon pepper. The wings were sizable and fried, naked, to perfection - not too hard and not too soft. Buffalo Garlic was a great combination of Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan. The Lemon Pepper were super lemony with a powerful zing. I've never had Lemon Pepper with this much yellow lemon flavor - almost too much but not quite....
