Came here with a large party for my father’s birthday, and the experience was outstanding. We started with the dip medley and meatballs—both full of flavor without being too heavy. We had the braised lamb shank and the filet mignon. Both were excellent. We had a nice old vine wine. For desert we had baklava and baklava ice cream. The atmosphere, service, food, cocktails were all, as usual, fantastic. This is one of my regular goto places when I want high-end dinning. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
My husband wanted to go to The Black Olive for years. It was his birthday so my son, daughter in law, husband and myself went. It was a charming restaurant, a la authentic Baltimore style, great food, and service. The menu offered a great selection of options from several mezza plates, soup, salad, entrees, and main course.
