What a terrific place for brunch. The food was excellent. Catfish and grits were cooked to perfection. The fried chicken was well seasoned. The biscuits were worth every penny. The service was among the best we've ever experienced (thank you Emmanuel).

Service was fabulous although server was new and didn't have a great grasp of what was not available that night. That said, food was fantastic. Several entrees and apps were not available and we spent time back and forth checking w chef because of it. The food was wonderful at the end of the day, temp was perfect and very yummy.

Decent experience. Was basically empty on a Sunday evening. Was overcharged for drinks, but fortunately we noticed and it was corrected. Also a $2.59 entertainment fee was added to bill. We were told it was for Credit card use, but I paid in cash. Didn't feel like waiting around while waitresses sought out management for explanation. No complaints about the food or drink.

While the restaurant itself has great food and good service, it was a bit too noisy for my taste and preference. The music is played way too loud which encourages patrons to speak louder, therefore creating an overly noisy atmosphere.

They seated a party of 5 at a booth which was my siblings and I . So we were all squeezed together . This seems like a boutique property vs the volume of consumers . In the beginning two things that I was ordering were out of stock . So I had to settle for something I didn’t really want ; which was the crab cake . The food was plated very nicely & tasted good . My food took exceptionally long to come out . Everybody at my table was boxing their food up and I was just receiving my food . The MKT price tonight was $77.00 for the plate that you will see attached . I think that it was a little over priced . But you are technically paying for the location . The server wasn’t very nice at all barely came to our table and when she did seemed irritated but we really had just got there so we were all wondering what her issue was initially . & She started to get nice when it was our time to go . This is my 3rd time coming here . & this time was not a wonderful one .

Had this spot saved in my "Want To Go" list, finally got there. Arrived when doors opened at 5pm. We were kindly greeted and seated immediately at the bar. It's an expertly decorated, top-notch service, lively ambience, with flavor-upon-flavor dishes type of restaurant. I really enjoyed every moment. Our bartender & server Manny was the BEST - friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly loves his work and is great at it! I always request a purple drink, he delivered with 5 stars! Can't wait to return! If you had a not-so-great experience, circle back and give this beautiful, Black-owned restaurant another try.

I came here 30 minutes before the kitchen closed and let me just say their service is exceptional from the time they open to the time they close. I felt like I was here all night. The drinks amazing. The food sooo good. And the service from Manay ( best bartender) was exactly what made the night for me. Great atmosphere, Great food, and Great People! Come here and get your grub on ! Well worth it !
