The food was horrible. And expensive! I did appreciate the atmosphere and the good music! But this place is made for people that subscribe to social media. Good in looks only but no depth

Food is great, drinks are great. Prices are still a bit high but the ambiance is great and the service was top tier that last time I went. The French toast at brunch is top tier!
Glad I gave this place another shot - it’s definitely turned things around since my initial visit.
I wish the prices for drinks were more reasonable but other than that, it’s a great place to dine.

I think this burger might be one of the best burgers I have ever tried!! It was immaculate, and juicy. It came with truffle fries and they were perfectly crispy. Staff were kind and welcoming and I love the decor. It’s giving chic. Can’t wait to try their other offerings!

Came here with my boyfriend to enjoy ourselves for my birthday dinner and food was flavorful. The Dj they had knew the crow he was playing for. Services could’ve been a little more attentive but over all nothing to nit pick about. I would definitely come back

The food was good, but a bit overpriced for the portion and venue.
I was disappointed as they not have stock for any of the seasonal drinks nor could I order what I wanted as I was told just got shipment in and I sold have to wait an hour for my food (absurd, especially for a Friday night with advanced reservations).
Drinks were weak in every sense.
It was loud and not varied on the music.
Dress code overrated as both upheld.
This is not a place for couples...its more appropriate for the under 35 crowd especially group of ladies...we decided to go to The Ruxton for dessert and a real drink that was worth it.
Hope you do well and improve... the furniture quality and presentation could use an upgrade.

James ! James ! James ! James was the best part of our experience! He was amazing and made sure we had a great time. His recommendations were 10/10!! His drinks were soooooo good!! He was so knowledgeable about the menu and the drinks!! Best espresso martini I’ve ever had! He was so attentive ! If you go to BLK Swan order the lamb chops and ask for JAMES !

I have wanted to try this spot for a long time. It is a beautiful restaurant. It was not packed when we went for brunch, nevertheless our service was fantastic. Our server gave recommendations and made sure we were well taken care of. We had the chicken and grits and the salmon and grits with shrimp. The fried chicken and the shrimp were excellent. However the sweetness and odd consistency of the grits threw the whole dish off. It seems like they put sugar in their grits which is not everyone’s cup of tea, but I think that should be said. Additionally, it was not just the sweetness but the lack of balance. There was not seasoning or spices that balanced out the sweetness. For instance , the salmon was grilled well but bland. Even the acidity of the sauce did not add a balance. This is all we tried so I can’t speak to their food overall but both dishes were disappointing.

One of the best restaurants I had visited in Baltimore. The chicken and grits were absolutely delicious. The grits were stuffed with chicken sausage and bacon. And the service was great!

Kyah was our hostess/server (hope I spelled her name correctly) and she was amazing. Knowledgeable, attentive and gave us complimentary glasses of champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We'll definitely be back to BLK Swan in the future!

We had a dinner table and sat down, our waiter never showed after 15 minutes since we sat down, so we went to the bar to get service and I rarely complaint and had food from all over the world, but the food here was very salty, the Mac and cheese had zero cheese where the cheese was sitting on top of the noodles, the steak was over seasoned, the fried potatoes was horrible. We had a spoon of the Mac and cheese and asked to Return it but they only gave us a 10% discount and did not take it off. We asked the server when she said her manager was taking care of removing jt she failed to mention that he was only going to take off 10% only. Like I said, I rarely complain bc I understand hospitality is hard but I will never come here again… i think informing your customers about the meal they’re choosing is helpful, but that don’t happen. I came here for a review from a major network and will not move forward nor come back.

Did not like the shrimp and grits.. This place wasn't for me..oh, the macaroni and cheese were great...

Went to BLK Swan after Jazzy Summers nights and the service was horrible. Took 45 minutes before I got my drinks . When the bartender Harold was here we never had to wait . All 30 of my fellow Baltimore friends we’re asking for Harold and was told he doesn’t work here anymore. We never had to wait for drinks this long when he was working .

I went to BLK Swan on 9/27/25 with a party of 5 for my birthday celebration. The restaurant is smaller than expected and not as elegant as depicted on the website. The service was slow, noise level moderate. Good music/DJ. I had 3 alcoholic drinks and they were all nasty. Drinks are small and highly overpriced. The food was subpar at best. We ordered fire roasted lamb chops, 2 orders of lobster mac-n-cheese, chef chop salad, BLK swan salad, crab stuffed shrimp & grits, brussel sprouts and the chicken box. The food has very small portions. The price does not equal the quality or quantity of the food. None of my guests enjoyed their food and we didn't eat most of it. The pictures of the food on the website do not reflect in person. We received our bill at the end and were charged a $2.99 entertainment fee (we knew nothing about) and an automatic gratuity of 20% although the website says it's only automatically added for parties of 6 or more. I was “gifted” a birthday glass of champagne (which was very sweet & thoughtful). This was all of our first time visiting and sadly we will not be returning. We are all for supporting a small black owned business, but we were not happy with our experience. Ashley the hostess was fun, energetic and sweet!!

Food was good, a little complication tabbing out but the manager was cool.
