Great vibes and the food was just right—truly on point. While we were there for lunch and hoped to order from the dinner menu (which wasn’t available at the time), the overall experience was still excellent thanks to the outstanding service.

Jeanne provided impeccable, attentive service and handled everything with professionalism and grace. A special shout-out as well to Xavier—an absolute superstar—who was meticulous, courteous, and genuinely welcoming in the way he attended to us.

Despite the small disappointment with the menu timing, the service alone made the experience memorable. Definitely worth visiting for the atmosphere and hospitality.

Great ambiance, delicious food, and impeccable service. Shout out to Xavier and Jean, our incredible servers, who were attentive and welcoming throughout our time there. This was easily the best dining experience I’ve had in Baltimore in a very long time.

So last night I went here for a birthday dinner atmosphere was beautiful service was wonderful. I got a smashburger with fries and a appetizer of the cheesesteak spring rolls and a strawberry margarita the food was good and very small portions. Also definitely pricey. The only thing I was disappointed about I didn't know we had to pay for the water 11 dollars( seen in the picture below) so just get tap water when they ask . I would say differently check it out. They don't split checks.

Four of us went for brunch. Everything took so long. There were about 7 tables in the restaurant that had people. My mimosa ($12) took almost 30 minutes to arrive. Brunch lasted over 2 hours. The biscuit and pancakes all felt stale. The short rib omelette and potatoes were really good. Overall, slow but good service and mediocre food that isn't worth the price. The atmosphere was really good.

This was my first time here and my last. The prices are ridiculously high for food to be mediocre. I was expecting soooo much better. Very disappointed I do not recommend this place at allllllllllll. Not worth it. I’ve heard bad things about it but I was invited for a girls night out.

The service staff was very good. The bartender was uninformed. The food prices were okay but the taste was basic. Not worth the price lacking seasoning and something extra that makes it worth coming outside. The drinks were extremely overpriced.
You like good service, you go for the service.

Blk swan was a whole vibe. What we ordered was good. The staff were great! One guy even began to DJ. We truly enjoyed our night because of him. I would definitely come back for the food and the pleasant staff. The decor is also really cute. It gives fancy and chic lounge. The sweet potato bread pudding wasn’t listed on the menu but it’s their signature and was really good.

Great experience at this establishment. Food was delicious, the lobster pizza was a MUST try and didn’t disappoint but the cinnamon roll was probably the best I’ve ever had. I ate it so fast I missed out on the pic opportunity 😂. Overall, great Service, banging food. If in the area I would definitely stop by.

I always enjoy blk swan, the food and service are amazing. There was a mix up with my reservation but the staff accommodated me.

Tried to call about my reservation for valentines day. Took 30 minutes to get a hold of somone just to put me on hold for 30 more minute's. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere. Guess the hype was B.S.

My best friend and I went here for brunch and while the atmosphere was great, the food fell short, especially for the price.

My friend and I were looking at the appetizers and couldn’t decide between the honey buttermilk biscuit or the crabcakes. Both fell short, considering —

A.) There was a single biscuit in a small skillet plate that was supposed to be shared between my friend and I. We thought it was a joke, but it was not, this biscuit cost $20 and tasted like something I could’ve made at home for 2.99 (see picture)

B.) The crabcakes were also equally as small and it was described as a dip, but was just super confusing and again not worth almost $30 for this small unsharable item.

I really like the chicken and waffles that I got. But again nothing to rave about, the food is just OK. My friend got the catfish and grits… and again, it was just OK.

Not really a complaint, but just some confusion. We went to split the bill and my server said they don’t do split checks. They only do separate payments? My friend and I were both able to put our cards down and decide what amount we want to be charged but… Isn’t that the same as just getting your own check and only paying for the things you purchased? I don’t know, confusing and didn’t make sense.

Overall, the restaurant is really cute and I love the decor. The DJ was definitely playing some throwbacks that my friend and I loved so much. But the food and the price for the food, just doesn’t seem worth it.
