I saw on a couple of the most recent reviews that some are irritated with the hotel open to the general public on their website but later finding out that it's not open to the general public. But I do want to say from my own personal experience that this place is a true God send. It is now used as a women's shelter that goes above and beyond to help you get everything you need help with getting and I mean everything you need to get it for you. I now have a full time job and ready to get promoted to a supervisor. I I was recently approved for rapid re-housing voucher and I go look at 2 two bedroom apartments on Tuesday. Great things are happening for me and I'm starting to enjoy my life, starting to feel like I'm in abetter mood more often, and I'm honestly just sooooooo freaking excited!!!!! They also don't refuse women who have severe mental health issues and they do everything they can to help those women just as much as they help people without mental health is. They treat everyone as an individual and don't look down on any of us or treat ones that need more help than others and treat everyone equal.
THIS IS NOT ACTUALLY A HOTEL, I walked in to get a room and they angrily escorted me out and said "no even though our name is Fairfield inn and suites we're not a hotel."
TLDR: extremely misleading website; leads people to think the hotel is operationalThe website is extremely misleading. I'm getting married this fall and have been planning since the end of the summer at a venue across the street. Periodically, I've been checking the website to see what the rates would be... but they were never updated. In November, I took that to mean that it was too far out from our desired date, so I gave the Marriott reservations line a call. The person I spoke with told me that the rate was OVER $1,000 a night. I since had hoped the rate would drop significantly and found it odd that over a year in advance the price was ridiculously high. Once again, earlier today I checked the website to see no change. I called reservations and at first was told they were sold out for the weekend, then to be told the dates we needed aren't available yet (which is odd considering hotels surrounding it have rates available). I then called the hotel directly only to speak to someone who was rather rude and said that THE HOTEL IS NOW CLOSED INDEFINITELY. The website doesn't reflect that at all. There should be an upfront notice to customers entering the site that it is now closed and to look elsewhere.
This is a lovely place. However it is not an open hotel to the public. It is a temporary shelter for women while they help them find permanent residency. From what I can tell it has helped alot of women get vouchers who have limited income and/ or disabilities. I think it is amazingly gracious of our mayor to provide us this wonderful program. There are other hotels that help families and men as well. I cannot speak on those but for the most part this is a lovely place. Most staff is courtesy and helpful. And we even get meals which is extremely helpful Overall this place is a blessing from God. But it should not still be categorized as a hotel open to the public. I took off a star because of the it's not listed correctly. This is a true blessing though
Omg! Had such a great time! Bartenders know how to make a drink!
Great atmosphere, drinks and food have been excellent
We were staying at the hotel and decided to start our New Years Eve celebration here. The bartenders Omar and Heidi were super friendly and fun! We had a good time there in the early evening. Great jukebox , decent drinks too! Fun place
Good place to enjoy the football game
Absolutely awesome experience. The drinks were top notch and the service impeccable. The bonus was the Chef that is a "twin" to one of our cousins. When I'm in Baltimore, this is where we will chill out.
Bad service, bad food, awful wine.

I would love to give you a ZERO! On 5/23 was expecting to host my daughter's graduation day dinner on to find out the staff was not aware of the reservation. No apologies! Just a manager and staff who look like deers in a headlight. Stay away from this restaurant no accommodations made no regard for the fact that they had ruined my evening.
I come here two to three times per week and always on Fridays for Karaoke/ spoken work. The food is delicious and plates are always hearty and plated precisely. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable especially the Assistant general manager Chase who always has a special drink waiting for me. The Chef often greets his guests and checks that we are pleased and he also sends out complimentary bites from time to time. I love this spot. It's like my “ Cheersâ€
