Brix & Vine ( by D 24)

This is by far the most stereotype place I experienced in a while. They are rude and they cater to people according there outside appearance ( I guess if we look like big tippers ). I couldn't Iet anyone suffer this embarrassment without letting someone know. I will not be satisfied until the lady that spoke so rudely to me be reprimanded. After we wait 30 we were told her area is closed.

Avid like the plaque. Real attitude problem

Terrible service. Kitchen closes at 6pm. Plastic poor quality utensils. Server sprayed beer all over me and didn’t even apologize but cleaned it up.

This place use to be my favorite but the service right now is super slow( at the Airport!) anyway employees they are not friendly . They have an area always close because the employees use for their breaks and they always said ( not nice ) that area is close !!! . .. I miss Kimberly services she was awesome woman !!!! Always smiling no matter what. Anyway I will try a different place now until they change it ;-) .

Chill vibes. My waitress was amazing and the food was just as good. I would recommend. My waitress was helping out and doesn’t actually work there. Either way. It got the job done !!

Popped in for a little drink before my flight, and had the pleasure of being in the presence of Brittany and Sarah. They were so sweet and funny kept up good conversation and laughs all around. My raspberry Palmer was soo good better than next doors and the glass of wine sealed the deal. Looking to return to try out the food next time

1.25 hours here for two beers and a hummus plate? At one point the server left to get a drink from the next door restaurant?? When I said “How long until our hummus plate is out,” she walked away and said “oh I guess it was just sitting in the back. ……… sorry I guess.” Literally what?? This is an airport — everyone is tired and in a hurry. If you can’t be kind, at least be fast.

Do not even bother wasting your time here. Servers are not only rude, they sit on their phones and ignore everyone in the restaurant. We didn’t get water right away, we had to ask for water. Server barely took our order and never checked in on us. Food is okay, but not worth it at all. Terrible experience. Honestly, you’re better off at McDonalds.

Not sure how long this place will be around. 10am, Monday, May 5th, restaurant is wide open, lights on, tv on, sat at the bar for about 15 minutes... no staff to be seen. One guy walked into the kitchen and came back out a few minutes later but said nothing.
Maybe we should have helped ourselves and left cash on the car?

Lol. Not looking good for this place.

Saluting Brix and Vine at BWI airport. I had the most amazing experience compliments of the Rockstar Bartender , Mixologist Nicole. This Superstar provided excellent customer service Nicole also provided a consultation on drinks and made the Best Bloody Mary of my life.

Nicole K provided an amazing Customer experience! The food was amazing ! The atmosphere was relaxing. I boarded my flight stress free! I can’t wait to return for my next visit!

We walked in to sit at the bar at 9am… 20 mins before our flight. Gate was up and we were rudely told, “We’re not open”. Terrible service.

The blonde lady with the bun and the pink cardigan working at 11:25am on Sunday, September 8th was so rude upon my arrival. I left instantly and did not stay to order food.

Wine selection = good!
Service= meh, I think you all need to hire a 2nd bartender. He was overwhelmed and there were many patrons. He did his best but it looks like he was flustered

Coupled with LA cocina next door, one of the more bizarre service experiences I can remember. Dude running around looking like he'd rather murder the patrons than serve them. Never spoke a word. 2 other people working there just sitting around.

I just experienced rude, and non accommodating service with seating at this restaurant. There were no patrons in the restaurant. I asked to sit at regular table due to issues with my legs. I was denied proper seating by a rude worker who was sitting at a regular table while playing on her cell phone! The manager was standing there and didn’t intervene or correct the situation!!!!! I’ve eaten at this restaurant several time, the food’s okay but the service is horrible!
