Brix & Vine ( by D 24)

What an absolute dump. Stopped by to get a drink and no one greeted me for 20 minutes so I got up. I noticed it wasn’t very busy but about 7-9 tables weren’t bussed. Walked by an hour later and not one table was cleaned still. Stay far away.

Honestly really good for an airport bar. Food was great (we had a burger). Drink was good too. Docked one star because it's very overpriced even for airport food, but the options are pretty slim and I'd much rather eat here than green turtle or whatever.

nice little place with a decent menu. the service was strikingly good (Pierre was doing it all single-handed).
prices weren’t “bad” (standard airport overcharge) but wouldn’t hurt as much if the portions were a little larger.

Ordered chicken sandwich no bbq sauce. Came out with bbq sauce and none of the other sauces like mayo that were on the online menu. Very small piece of chicken on dry and stale cold bun. Wings were extremely small and prob because so small, overcooked. Fries were only thing semi decent. Ok service, just bad overpriced food.

Waited for 10 mins and didn’t get served.

Sat 15 minutes at the bar. No bartender the entire time. Not sure how they make money.

My bartender Pierre was fantastic! I ordered the steakhouse burger which came loaded with mushrooms, onions, cheese, tomato, lettuce and packed with flavor. The burger was thick had nice depth to it . The fries that came with it had nice parmesean cheese was a nice touch too. The wine options are nice along with a few decent beers to choose from. They could add a few local craft beers and add another TV here for sure.

Arrived at the airport at 4pm & discovered this lovely & quiet wine bar near my gate. I was undecided about which wine to choose so the friendly bartender offered me a blind tasting. (Gruner Veltliner was the winner.)
Would definitely return if I was ever at BWI again & needed to pass time!

Stood waiting for the two staff members who did not bother to get up from there seats from their private conversation. When I asked if we should seat ourselves came across attitude and a bit of eye rolling. Walked away and went to another dining area

Pierre was amazing!! He basically has been running the whole place himself whilst two other female workers are just here, complaining, closing the kitchen down at 530pm, coming out loudly expressing that they don’t want any more orders, etc… and being not very friendly to the customers.
He has maintained a very positive demeanor the entire time despite his disgruntled co-workers and guests …
Had he had adequate help, it would’ve been a much better experience, but this was unbelievable!!

You need more people like Pierre!

Pizza tasted like soap, probably the worst I’ve ever had. They were also severely understaffed, so it took forever to get seated or to pay. Run away.

Never have I experienced a restaurant, anywhere in this great vast world, where the employees had such disdain for their customers and through body language and verbal communication actively tried to prevent you from dining here. From the looks of every patron at the establishment, all Hope had been lost. It was a den of despair and sadness. The unused and dirty tables with leftover food which looks to have been sitting there for at least an hour, only added to the mystique of this dystopian nightmare.
