Pretty inside and out, yummy and fun options, nice and interesting to talk to owner

I heard about this small business on Instagram and had to try it.

Being pleasantly surprised, is an understatement! My daughter and I visited on a Sunday afternoon around 5pm. Parking, in front of the store was readily available and there was not alot of 'foot traffic' in the area.
We were greeted by a gentleman behind the counter, who was eager to provide samples, as well as information on the different flavors of ice cream available.

As a person who grew up with 'black cake' as well as 'rum and raisin' ice cream in my home, i was literally transported back to the islands when I sampled each cashew based ice cream.

My daughter selected a horchata flavored ice cream in which she could taste cinnamon and other spices.

The prices were reasonable and as a result I purchased 3 pints and a single serving.
Could not wait to share with my family when we got home.

Cajou is onto something good here! Visit when you can. The sweet servings do not disappoint.

I love this place! Great ice cream, unique flavors. I really liked the blueberry cheesecake and sweet potato pie flavors. You can get a cup or cone, a flight to try multiple flavors, or take pints home. When I have gone on Sunday, I’ve always found parking on the street nearby, and it’s free on Sundays!

The best plant based ice cream out there! I enjoyed a scoop of the Bourbon Pecan Pie on a red velvet cone on my most recent visit at it was delightful. Always a warm, welcoming staff. This is the kind of family owned gem that makes Baltimore special.

I’m a meat and dairy eater, and was PLEASANTLY surprised that this ice cream tasted rich, creamy, full flavored, & satisfying just like dairy based ice cream, the owner patiently listened to my expectations & then provided samples to allay my concerns, the flavors were all amazing & i will definitely be returning

The creamery was absolutely delicious. The owner was very knowledgeable and knew how make the best recommendations for a combination flavor. The cinnamon and vanilla mix with the chocolate brownie fudge triple flavor 🤌🏾

One of the places where I have been served best in my life. Very close treatment and the ice creams are delicious. A complete success!

We got a few pints of horchata ice cream & some cones to take home. The ice cream had such a good flavor and the texture was creamy perfection.

I can't do dairy, so this is the only ice cream shop I can visit. Love the selections, the owners and the community appeal Cajou brings to Baltimore City. Thank you for your black excellence!

Cajou Plant-Based Creamery and Cafe in Baltimore is an absolute gem!

We tried the chocolate fudge and bourbon pecan pie ice cream, and both were incredibly rich and creamy.

The baklava and blueberry cheesecake flavors were also amazing! Each scoop was packed with deliciousness, making it difficult to choose a favorite.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their menu.

If you’re looking for delightful plant-based treats, this is the place to go.

What a cute spot! Had the ice cream sandwich and loved it. The cookies were so good and the horchata ice cream inside was just perfect. I'll definitely be back!
