I really like their coffee. My daughter loves the indgo dream. I admit I was also shocked that I liked that it was less sweet. I normally get Starbucks and sometimes it is just like syrup in a cup.
The atmosphere is nice too. Peaceful, bright, with plenty of space to pull out your laptop and get some work done. They also have a cute little patio outside. Parking can be tricky depending on time of day but I've always been able to get a spot.

Awesome place with lots of seating. Lovely open windows and sunlight. The baristas are knowledgeable too. My coffee came out quickly and perfectly to order. Wasn't as hot as I'd like it, but was very strong and tasted wonderful. Would definitely go back again.

Great coffee, good noms, pleasant atmosphere, & friendly staff, what's not to love? A calm oasis in the bustle & noise of Mt. Vernon, especially to a recent transplant to Baltimore like myself. 12/10, I can't recommend Ceremony enough.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Baltimore. The service, drinks, and quality are unmatched. I typically get the specialty drinks, which are all delicious, but I also love their shakerato and cold brew. Also appreciate that their specialty drinks have alternative milk in it. Great coffee and great customer service!

I love the atmosphere. Maybe I should try different coffee options there? The coffee I chose wasn't terrible.. Yet.. I didn't enjoy my coffee that much, to be honest, but the atmosphere is amazing.

What a wonderful place !! The coffee is amazing and the staff is beyond wonderful. I was visiting Baltimore, and the Walters Museum when stopped in for a coffee at the Ceremony Coffee in Mt Vernon . The place was so bright, the staff was very nice and the coffee was SOOO good!! I realized when I got home to PA., that I had left my purchase from the Walters Museum at the shop. I called and they immediately had a solution that was easy and worked for both of us. Even though, I screwed up the email, and had to call back- Karin (the manager) and was so sweet and caring in returning my package. Good vibes and great coffee !!

Holy cow. Just spent $10 on a coffee and crogle. Coffee was so burned out was undrinkable, like shockingly bad. The croissant bagle would have been good if it weren't stale. This sucks: ( service was amazing as usual.

Out of town for a wedding Labor Day weekend and came here Sunday morning. Wifey and I both got Cold Brew Iced coffee. Although it was cold, barista did not provide ice cubes this giving more iced coffee. We added ice after drinking half.
Coffee was strong but not bitter.
One large 16 Oz + one small 12 Oz = $12.56. Pricey by NJ standards but not crazy.
Atmosphere is good and well lit.
Recommend you go.

I visited this place early in the summer for the first time and felt like I walked into a members only lounge forgetting my jacket. Baltimore is a pretty diverse city. So that energy really threw me off. As I approached the register to order smiling through the tension, I was told that what I wanted wasn’t available because they didn’t have any good avocados. The woman made other suggestions far from what I appeared to have a taste for. She called someone to check if they had avocados and that person said they didn’t have any. So I settled for something I didn’t want. I think it was smoked salmon and cream cheese. I expressed my disappointment and sat down across from the counter. However, to my surprise other orders came in and the chef started preparing dishes with avocado right there in plain sight. So I of course turned around and inquired about my original order. The woman didn’t seem pleased to make the correction nor appear mutually happy for me as a sign of good customer service in action. It was clear she was ready to be on break. When my food was ready, my name was called. The server looked right at me across from the counter literally within reaching distance and took my food to the other side of the café. It baffled me that a dine in customer sitting at the bar across from the counter would need to walk all the way around to the far right side of the restaurant to pick up food that could’ve been handed right to me being that close. It felt cold and rude. Nonetheless, I followed suit and grabbed my plate. Avocado toast with smoked salmon was underwhelming. I always imagined that a coffee spot named ceremony would have some kind of warm spirit but, apparently not on the day I decided to give it a try. So I never went back but I pass it all of the time.

Great spot for coffee with an expansive footprint for being about.
So much seating both inside and outside.
I was able to tie my dog up out on the patio area without any issue (I don’t normally take her into places).
Coffee was good (I got a nitro cold-brew. They offer only that and iced americanos for an “iced coffee” stand in. Pastries were a great selection
