The Original CVP is the best! Great neighborhood sports bar. The chef is top-notch. Staff are friendly and very polite. Always like home away from home. GameDay beer specials. Pub burgers my fav!
It's the only place in Charles Village that's open past 8pm so it became a place I came to frequently after long study sessions on campus.Their drinks are reasonably priced and very good! Their Moscow Mules strong enough to make overworked grad students forget their woes for a while.Food was acceptable. Atmosphere very nice. A nice melting pot of locals and students.Was definitely my favorite bar in Baltimore.

Authentic Charles Village neighborhood bar and grill, endearing for the aging Balmer sporting photos and memorabilia on the walls. Quite decent and varied food menu on offer served up by a friendly, welcoming, and attentive wait-staff. (Tip them accordingly and generously). Salades with various protein augments a stand-out here. Great chili by cup or bowl. A fine array of pub sandwiches and burgers that can be cooked to order. So what's not to love? Go Already!
