Charming Elephant is a family owned restaurant. A little treasure in Baltimore. My friend and I truly enjoyed ourselves. The Pho is absolutely delicious and healing. I loved the Buddha Alter and interior decorations. It is very clean and orderly. The family was very friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to coming back for more! Thank you so much. ?
I came here on a Friday at 10PM for their extended hours. It was my first time coming here after being recommended by a friend. I wasn’t disappointed! I ordered the khao piek w/ pork belly and it was so flavorful. The service was quick and friendly too. I will definitely be back again soon!

Truly charming restaurant with good Laotian food and great service. This is a dope Laotian restaurant. Wife loved the butterfly pea tea some much she ordered a box of the tea online on the way home. The food is great, the portions are filling without being too much. Definitely will cone back.
