skimpy childlike portions, rushing you through your order. no fajita peppers. chipotle so trash nowadays

This was our second time going to this location. We ordered online. It was about 20 minutes late. We ordered 2 kids' meals, 2 burritos, and 2 bowls. The kids' meal was missing a pinto bean, 2 kids' drinks, and 2 kids' chips. The burritos were wrapped in paper and falling out of their paper wrapper and just rolling around in the bag. The bowls: one was missing cheese but had extra salad, and the other bowl was missing the extra salad. My husband went back in to get the rest of the meal. The people up front were nice and fixed everything. (They had no chocolate milk, and we didn't know about the missing beans, cheese, and lettuce but they gave us apple juice and another bag of chips).
The first time we went in, there was no rice or beans. I asked for a discount and they said no.
We won't be back to this location.

It was PERFECT and I’m a Qdoba FAN but today chipotle gave me what I needed and I’m greatly satisfied! Kudos to the grill cook

As I read the comments I see most if yall have meet the manager. Front line . Secret shoppers are very real an make a difference down the line.... worst experience I work hard a when I get the chance to get a little 7 dollars meal I would have hoped it didn't Come with a side of disrespect an out burst I am embarrassed an to be frank want my money back thank you for responding bit as I go through the comments I see nothing has been done so no thank you anyway

Today I attempted to place a to-go order at this Chipotle location while walking my dog, as I have done before. The supervisor on duty was incredibly rude, repeatedly asking, “Is that a service animal?” at least six times instead of answering my question about ordering and waiting outside. His tone made it clear he was trying to push me out rather than communicate store policy professionally.
This aligns with previous complaints about poor service at this location. It’s disappointing that Chipotle doesn’t train employees to handle basic interactions with courtesy. Never visiting this store again!

Worse customer service I ever had, they charged me 3 dollar extra for sour cream instead of giving a portion of the half spoon serving size like half bean and they charging for free stuff didn't ask for extra rice or meat asked for a bit extra sour cream and she gave teaspoon extra manager is rude and other employee telling other employees to not to not give him extra food in spanish

Whomever runs this chipotle should clarify with your employees what your parameters are in regards to the first responder discount. Some days we are allowed the discount, some days we aren't. Some employees say it is only for police, while others recognize the fire department as first responders too. On the chipotle website it's very clear that it covers first responderS, not just police. Though I'm very clear that this is a courtesy, it'd be nice to have clarification so we know what to actually expect when we go as some of the employees are a touch rude about it when asked. I

Food is good the standard quality you would expect. The service is pretty bad. Asked for a cup of water and was pretty rudely told to pay for a drink. I mean charge me like $0.10 for the cup but don’t tell me to pay $2 for a cup of water.

This is the only Chipotle I've gone to where they state they no longer have the vinaigrette. Even though I'm pretty sure I saw one of the workers put one in the bag for an online order. I'm guessing they just don't do this for people that walk into the store.
