This particular Chipotle was understaffed and very slow. The workers were overwhelmed and could not keep up with the orders. This Chipotle was clearly not managed well. Their fountain drinks were all out of service also.

I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit to your store. Unfortunately, I noticed a few areas that could use improvement. During my visit, I observed that several tables were dirty and trash bins were overflowing. Additionally, the team members seemed more focused on joking around rather than attending to these issues.

It wasn't crowded which was great. However, the employees took nearly 5 mins before even acknowledging the first customer. No one even looked up to say anything to let us know that they see us. Very unprofessional.
