I walked into the Quarry location for the last time on Aug 26, 2022. The food looked disgusting and no one was in a hurry to wait on me so I left. Earlier this year I had a similar experience and subsequently sold my chipotle stock because of the experience.
Basically I will not go into another Chipotle and you should consider the other franchisees when running your location.
