Pretty typical Chipotle near the ball field in Baltimore. Was disappointed with the service because I ordered the same thing as my buddy and his portion of meat was much larger than mine. Besides the portioning, the staff was suitably indifferent with little eye contact and only minimal interaction. The food itself was good and the restaurant looked clean. It was exactly what I was expecting from a Chipotle in that location.

I just wanna say that every single person working around 7:45 pm on 9/26/2024 deserves recognition for what an amazing job they did. It was INSANELY busy due to a concert at the arena but I have 0 complaints! The employees were working so extremely hard and got me everything that I needed as quickly as possible. Thank you all so much for your kindness when I know you had to be stressed out with how swamped it was, and the behavior of some customers. Portions were great too! I...

Customer service was terrible. The lady fixing the food was rude, dry. and rushing customers that had not been to a Chipotle before. She lied about the closing time because she didn't want to fix fajita veggies.
