Every time I go to this chipotle they’re out of something. I specifically asked before I ordered if there was salad dressing I was told yes only to get to the cashier to be told they were out. I would usually let it go but it’s every time I’ve gone to this specific location! I’ve worked at a chipotle for almost 4 years and when we were out of something we had to make it, they’ll hire anybody at this point.

Horrible experience picking up a dash order. Asked a front guy nicely multiple times about the order and he only looked at me and said nothing. Waited for 20 minutes more and he looked at me with no explanation. I felt disrespected.

Night time manager is very rude. Tried to give a bag of chips that had less than 10 chips in it. Bathrooms dirty at night as well. Completely unorganized night shift on the regular. When you meet manager you’ll see why.
this chipotle needs to retrain their staff & let them understand that they are there to serve customers, not stand around on their cellphones or make tiktoks while customers are

If you want people to mess up your day go to this chipotle! The workers are soo rude and they don’t listen and get mad cause they not listening. Like if you stop talking while I talk you could hear me. They never have anything ! Soon as you walk thru the door, they yelling NO CHEESE! NO TACOS! NO THIS NO THAT! Like who said I wanted that but thank you. If you order your food on the app they give you anything! I don’t even eat this! And I’m mad I had to figure out my password and sign in to make this review! But I was making one today! Cause why would you people with people food and money! And they do this every time! And I keep giving chance after chance! NEVER AGAIN! Throw the entire store away! And the people cause they don’t care about nothing! Not life not nothing! And definitely not your food!

Slow service with an attitude. Place always looks like it needs a little cleaning. Both those things make for a negative atmosphere. On another visit, a member of staff asked if I wanted a drink. I replied just a cup for some water. He proceeded to put the cup in his hand back in the holder, and stated they had no cups for water. I proceeded to leave and look for napkins in the messy drink station. There were none, and when I asked the staff member for a napkin, they rolled their eyes.
