Dodah's Kitchen Reviews
Been a vegetarian since the mid seventies and we use to have to travel to Philly, New York and DC to find a high level of Vegan cuisine. Kai has brought an exceptionally superior Vegan cuisine to our area and even with the Baltimore metro area’s rise in Vegan restaurants Dodah’s Kitchen is clearly one of the best, and absolutely should be the restaurant on everyone’s “bucket” list. Meet Kai, talk with her and one will soon realize that Dodah’s is a literal extension,...read full review
I had the garlic kale, chickpeas and mushrooms. I loved the kale and chickpeas. They were marinated just right and just bursting with sweet, sour and salty goodness. The mushrooms underwhelmed me. They tasted earthy and bland for some reason kinda like how mushrooms taste when you’re a kid. Not eating them. But everything else was really good. The portion size was generous and the person working was nice. I’m interested in checking out other things on their menus.
I’m not a vegan or vegetarian but my meal of the “seafood” mac and lasagna was fantastic!

Dodah's Kitchen offers a variety of delicious plant-based and vegan dishes, including the popular "fish" sandwich and "seafood" Mac and cheese. Customers love the fresh and tasty food, as well as the welcoming service. Many reviews highlight the flavorful chickpeas salad, along with the Mac and cheese and sweet yams as standout sides. The "drummies" have also received praise for their unique sweetness. The Gen. Tso's Cauliflower is a favorite, but it is best enjoyed fresh to avoid sogginess. While the rice and beans have been noted as less flavorful recently, the ribs have mixed reviews, with some saying they taste more like meatloaf. The mushroom salad remains well received. The restaurant environment is clean and well-kept, although some customers find it less vibrant than before due to the automated ordering system, which can feel impersonal. Dodah's Kitchen remains a highly recommended dining destination for anyone in the area, especially for those who enjoy good vegan food.
