I am not a sushi fan, but when I ate in this place as my family insisted, I can’t believe I loved every bite of it. It may have changed my perspective on Sushi forever. The sushi rolls have a thin layer of rice and big portions of other good stuff, which makes a big difference, not to mention all ingredients are super fresh.

I ordered a spicy Tuna roll and a Philadelphia roll. Both were very delicious and the quality of the fish is very evident. Sushi tastes fresh and flavorful. Miso soup is also very good. Delicious overall and would highly recommend

Baltimore y’all are sleeping on this place and I don’t know why. I picked up an order at 6:30 and there was no one in the restaurant. Why?? This sushi was some of the best I’ve ever had. Their shrimp dumplings with homemade dipping sauce and fresh garlic were fantastic. The egg drop soup was peppery and smoky. Everything was phenomenal. The staff was incredibly kind. 1000% will be coming back. Thanks Chiu’s Sushi for a delightful meal!
