Placed an online order on a Sunday at 9:30 (their store hours says it opens at 9am) and the app accepted my payment and order. Went to pick it up and the store is closed and no one was there. Waited until 10am and no one was there. The app doesn’t even allow to cancel an order or request help in this situation. I called the store later in the day and no one picked up either. So I can’t even get a refund. DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER HERE

I've tried them many times because they're organic but their smoothies are bland. I guess if you've had Fruitive in DC before everything will be subpar.

Ridiculous amount of ice in the juice which waters it down and detracts from the value. Today, I received my 5th order. They have gotten worse each time. No straws for 7 juices. Too much ice in each juice- I would prefer no ice at all. I ordered two Heart Healthy juices which were perfect before but today had no flavor at all to the point I can’t drink them - most likely too much ice melted in them plus something was left out. I would like a refund on at least those two drinks. Thank you.

I was extremely disappointed. The staff who helped prepare our juices and food had really long hair. The whole time when she was preparing food, her hair was touching the veggies, fruits, chopping board and the food. Her hair was so long she had to use her hands to put her hair back and then touch all the ingredients. It’s really disgusting.I threw out everything because I was so grossed out by it.I also got charged for a mystery delivery fee. I didn’t understand why I needed to pay for a delivery fee when I went in store in person.The wait time was extremely long. People who came before us got their juices already. I understand that I ordered a wrap and a bowl too but it took over 30 minutes to prepare everything.Huge disappointment and will never be back.

8/21 walked in at 12 waited for 5 minutes. Nobody came out and when they did she had an attitude and said they were closed. I hope the owner finds out.

I went in for the first time about a week ago I got a whey protein Creamsicle shake. Didn't taste a whole lot of cream or sicle just banana but it was good & served its purpose. Next time I go I'm gonna try something different.
The light was not on in the store, so the store looked like it was closed. I would highly recommend a store sign or indoor lightening so that customers will know that the store is open.Secondly I purchased a bottle of orange cold pressed juice and the date on the bottle stated 4/2. I assumed that the juice was expired, but when I went into the store the associate ensured me that the juice was not expired and the date is just wrong. I prefer to have the freshest juice and wasn't convinced that the juice was the freshest.Overall, I think for the price that customers are paying for the juices and other menu items, the customer service should have been a lot better. I think the associate should have given me a fresher bottle of juice instead of trying to convince me that the juice was not expired.

I love Clean Juice!!! I go to the location at 1706 Whetstone Way, in Baltimore. The store is always clean and the staff are very friendly. The manager there is great, it’s my favorite place, I go every day to put some love in my body!!!

I came to this place to pick up my uber eats order. He was so rude and told me 20 min wait for 2 cup of juice. I said okay I will wait. After that another customers came walk in and he made their order right the way. I waited for about 25 min to get 2 cup juices. This is not acceptable!
