Very pleasantly surprised! I have dietary restrictions and it's hard to find gluten free bagels and vegan cream cheese, they have both! And my bacon and egg bagel with vegan cream cheese was as good as ones I got in NYC. Coffee is Orinoco, French roast is solid, nothing fancy, just good coffee. Service was prompt, competent and genuinely friendly. The space is bright and inviting, not my favorite music and it was a tad louder than I'd prefer, but I'm old and cranky! :-) Great...read full review
THB was packed this past weekend, but my order was perfect and the staff was extremely friendly. This place is doing a ton of orders on the weekend, so expect to wait, but well worth the wait.

Great customer service. Restaurant is clean. Real, freshly-prepared food at a decent price. Bagels and bagel sandwiches were delicious. Excellent fresh-ground hot coffee. Very nice job THB!
