Great customer service. Restaurant is clean. Real, freshly-prepared food at a decent price. Bagels and bagel sandwiches were delicious. Excellent fresh-ground hot coffee. Very nice job THB!

My visit was...just, ok. I've been to the THB Bagelry in Columbia before a few times and had excellent experiences, and expected same at McHenry Row, but not so much. And it occurs to me the big difference was customer service. In Columbia, I actually interacted with a person to place my order, which helped me think through my options. At McHenry Row, you interact with a screen, and if you don't know all the options, you wouldn't think to look for and add them. At any rate I ordered a corned beef on Asiago with chips and a drink. There were barely any chips in the bag, folks should be ashamed of how much air goes into bags of chips. And the bagel sandwich itself was just bland,,despite my addition of spicy mustard. Overall, just ok.

Have been there in person and have ordered online. Neither disappointed. The staff is amazing and the food is incredible. My new favorite bagel place!

It took close to 40 minutes to get two breakfast sandwiches. The place was very busy and they didn't seem ready to handle it. While I appreciate a gluten free bagel option the way it was prepared was rubbery and lackluster.

I ordered a bagel egg and cheese sandwich and a coffee, on the opening day. Bagel was good, sandwich was alright, coffee was usual. Staff was attentive (it was the first day though). I didn't find their pricing any competitive either.I am no sure if I will frequent this place for breakfast, since Dunkin is right opposite to it.

Very pleasantly surprised! I have dietary restrictions and it's hard to find gluten free bagels and vegan cream cheese, they have both! And my bacon and egg bagel with vegan cream cheese was as good as ones I got in NYC. Coffee is Orinoco, French roast is solid, nothing fancy, just good coffee. Service was prompt, competent and genuinely friendly. The space is bright and inviting, not my favorite music and it was a tad louder than I'd prefer, but I'm old and cranky! :-) Great addition to the area, I'll be back!

THB was packed this past weekend, but my order was perfect and the staff was extremely friendly. This place is doing a ton of orders on the weekend, so expect to wait, but well worth the wait.

I have been to the Canton location. This is my first time here and it is just as good. It's bright and clean and very very nice people. This might become a regular spot for me!

Beautifuly designed space and they cracked the code on top tier customer service. No less then 3 people helped us by opening the door, greet/check in on how we were doing, clear off a table and provide us with napkins. Our food was excellent and speedy as well. For in room dining they even provided plates to eat on which was a great addition to the experience. 10/10 recommend!

Bagel was good but it would've been better if they would've cleaned the knife beforehand. I get they're super busy but garlic and onion do not taste great with blueberry and cream cheese.

I had never been to any of THB's other locations before this one, but their new location here in Locust Point is pretty convenient, so I stopped in for Sunday lunch. There was a decent sized crowd so I ordered at the touch screen. I was looking for a pastrami sandwich but couldn't find it on the screen, so I ordered a bagels and lox sandwich on an Asiago bagel and a hot chocolate. The sandwich was quite tasty, though I was disappointed that on top of the price of the sandwich itself, that there is an upcharge for anything other than a plain bagel and plain cream cheese. The hot chocolate was ok. I wished it had more chocolate flavor.
