I went into your store today for a double espresso and the young black girl who was at the cash register asked me if I wanted "a black guy" referring to the espresso as a black guy, then she asked an older Jewish worker if they called it a "black guy" I found this to be highly offensive and sad at the same time because the younger Black generation are losing respect for themselves and their culture & as much as I love the Jewish community & support them, this makes me not want to spend my money at your establishment, please don't normalize this type of stuff, thank you.

I went to Cocoaccino's with my wife last night, spent $42 (not including tip). We both ordered soups, minestrone and onion, and it was like day three soup that was never taken off the heat of a three day yuntiv. We both had entrees as well and there was nothing, so to speak, wrong with the food but the best way I can describe it is that it tasted like a child made it. It was less a cook cooking and more someone putting ingredients together. Plus, relatively small servings. For $42, this doesn't seem right to me. About a year ago, my daughter and I came here and had a non-dairy pizza and it was terrible. So, for me, soup, a wrap, a non-dairy pizza. One might say, You're ordering the wrong foods! but... Shouldn't a restaurant be responsible for what they put on the menu? Especially when they're food is not inexpensive.

I frequent this place for breakfast, usually in the morning. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of the food; it tends to be rather bland, lacking the desired flavor. Specifically, the shakshuka left me only enjoying the eggs. On a positive note, the huevos rancheros are tasty. I must highlight my appreciation for the fries and pizza, though.

Very friendly service, however the pizza needs a whole lot of improvement. No special recipe here. They use canned sauce and canned vegetables like canned corn and canned artichokes, and broccoli stalks instead of broccoli florets (gross). Also, there was trash and food under all the tables and nobody comes around to clean the tables or the floors. Very unsanitary. I won’t eat here again.

He visited Cocoaccino is for the first time I lived in Baltimore for over 12 years But never got a chance to visit this beautiful restaurant. My brother and I recently went and got a pancakes and got the tacos and it was definitely a great move everything tasted great especially the milkshake with chocolate chip cookie dough. The service was also wonderful. We went for breakfast and their service was super quick. I will definitely visit Coco chinos again if I’m in the area and have some spare time. If you live in Baltimore this place is a must try. The shopping center is decent.

Amazing food, one of the best dairy Kosher options in the Baltimore area. It is light in the stomach and delicious at the same time. Highly recommended. The employees are pros at making you feel like the center of attention while getting your order correct 99% of the time. A win in my eyes.Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options to choose from ranging from all aspects of the menu.Dietary restrictions: It is all certified Kosher. They have gluten free pizza as well as dairy free options.Parking: It is in a massive parking lot shared with multiple stores. Easy parking with a plethora of handicap spots.Kid-friendliness: It is an open floor plan with room for your children to run around and be free while separated from the eating area by a wall. It creates an atmosphere where you can eat in peace while your children can play simultaneously.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs and there is an elevator in case you need to reach the second floor. There are many handicap spots in the parking lot outside. All the doors are electric with a push button for the handicapped.

Staff was not friendly at all, which is quite surprising considering they have mediocre food, which is putting it nicely, so one would think the employees would overcompensate with personality as there was a clear lacking of flavor in the "restaurant". For some reason, kosher establishments don't feel the need to serve up quality, and there is no competition. Sad

I love their milkshakes they are pretty expensive but worth it. The pizza is pretty good, but I would not spend an extra two dollars on some toppings.

We love this place! Food is fresh and delicious. Delivery to the house is super fast. Eating here is .... a little weird because it's in a mall and people are constantly walking by. But that's not too bad. At least the food is awesome! The nachos are amazing as is the Roman pizza. The jalapeños are not too spicy (and I am not at all a spicy food guy)
