I frequent this place for breakfast, usually in the morning. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of the food; it tends to be rather bland, lacking the desired flavor. Specifically, the shakshuka left me only enjoying the eggs. On a positive note, the huevos rancheros are tasty. I must highlight my appreciation for the fries and pizza, though.
He visited Cocoaccino is for the first time I lived in Baltimore for over 12 years But never got a chance to visit this beautiful restaurant. My brother and I recently went and got a pancakes and got the tacos and it was definitely a great move everything tasted great especially the milkshake with chocolate chip cookie dough. I went to Cocoaccino's with my wife last night, spent $42 (not including tip). We both ordered soups, minestrone and onion, and it was like day three soup that was never taken off the heat of a three day yuntiv. We both had entrees as well and there was nothing, so to speak, wrong with the food but the best way I can describe it is that it tasted like a child made it.
