Top notch dinner once a week with a great rotation of flavors. My favorite is the pickle-brined roast chicken with ranch gravy. The chicken was roasted to perfection — beautifully golden, incredibly juicy, and carrying a bright, savory tang from the pickle brine that made every bite pop with flavor. It struck that rare balance of being both comforting and unexpectedly elevated.
I am SO glad I found Adam's contact information at Pinehurst Liquors and looked at his website! Have ordered several meals from him - my family & I have not been disappointed.
The thoughtful combination of ingredients provide a treat for the taste buds. I look forward to his weekly emails describing the upcoming offerings form starters to desserts. The backstory of the recipes, herbs, spices, his travels, and sense of humor are food for the mind!

The food is awesome (always something interesting every week) and I love the protein, veggies, and general healthiness. Cannot get this with takeout!
