I place a order last night and never received my food however the money was taken out my account. I went to the store to ask refund and the customer service was horrible their refused to give to me a refund. I spent a hour in a half be ignored and refused to be talk to it was very disrespectful this dominos should be shut down period on Johnnycake rd Catonsville. The guy finally listened to me after I had to yell and he said it going to take 5-7 business days to go back on card. I hope the money is refunded

I have never seen a business more poorly run!I walked in to pick up my order and after waiting behind the two people in front of me, I gave them the name for the order and the manager went to “look for it” he never actually made it over to the pizzas before getting distracted and going to help the girl making the pizzas and he started fighting with her because he was doing things incorrectly and she was telling him to stop. He then yelled at the guy cutting the pizzas to go faster, which made the guy angry and started making a big show of cutting them faster and doing a really bad job of cutting the pizzas. Meanwhile their other employee is standing in the corner playing on his phone. At that point there was about 6 other people in line with me just watching them fight while completing ignoring us. Finally the one guy on his phone looks up and sees us all behind the glass and starts to pretend to work. One of the angry customers behind me yells his order number through the window and the guy pretending to work finally starts getting people their pizzas. After everyone else was given their pizzas except me and one other person. They went back to ignoring us and after a few more minutes of standing in front of the glass watching them yell at each other . I yelled out my order number and the person cutting the pizzas yells” I can’t hear you and even if I could, I’m busy!”. I stood there speechless for a couple minutes, the other customer and I couldn’t believe how disrespectful they were being. I finally got frustrated at that point and I yelled “could someone please check my order number before my food gets cold!” The girl making the pizzas yells back “Their not gonna get cold, it’s on a warming tray!. I responded “ well I don’t even know if it’s over there because no one will bother to check”. They then told me it just went into the oven, then literally twelve seconds later they hand me my pizzas and they were cold. I’ve never had a worse experience getting dinner in my life.

edited from previous review.sometimes deliveries SUCK but its few and far between, maybe every 3-6 months but that is because they're understaffed. they will delivery eventually don't lose hope.anyways when food does get here its great, love the coupon deals, the pizza is good every time. The pepperoni stuffed bread bangs, the pizza is a bit different each time but it always hits just right. its a dominoes man, you know what you're getting, this one is good.

I hate I even have to give them a star for a review. This place has been the absolute worst. Ordered food never came. Requested a refund was told it would be put back on my card and would be there at 1am. Guess what the money never went back on my card. Prior to this we have orded and it takes almost 2 hours for your food to get here it is totally unprofessional. They need to work on this. Maybe new manger and employees would be where to start.

I gave it three stars because some of the younger employees here need just a little more training on customer service. As far as greeting customers, when they walk through the door, instead of waiting 5 minutes as well as being mindful of their conversation when customers are around.

Every single time I placed an order at this location they always messed it up. And instead of them letting you know in advance that they don’t have what you ordered, they take it upon themselves to assume that you want something else and make it for you without your permission. And then if you have a problem with it, it’s a problem for them. My very last experience I ordered a pizza from them for delivery. They gave me the wrong pizza. The delivery person came to the house to get the pizza so that the could give me the right order. A lot of time progressed and the delivery person told me he forgot that what I ordered they didn’t have. I asked for a refund and he stated that he was giving me my refund as we spoke. It’s been over a week since that time and I haven’t received anything back in my bank account. Called the store and there was a gentleman who said that he would tell the manager about my complaint and wait for the manager to make a decision. I told him there was no other decision but to give me my money. He stated that he couldn’t do anything unless the manager was there. I call about a week later. The same guy answers the phone with an attitude and claims that he gave the manager my complaint the day before I called him and there was nothing else that he could do. Going to my bank and disputing the transaction isn’t an issue. I just thought they would have taken responsibility for their error but they didn’t. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to this particular location. And if you do order from there, make sure you double check and triple check everything.
