This particular Domino's location consistently fails to enforce brand standards. I avoid this location as much as possible. My pizza orders continually are not the same as at other locations. Either the toppings are poorly layerd, the pizza is burnt or the order is delayed it's always an unpleasant experience at this location. It would be great if regional management would increase supervision presence to ensure this locations quality of work is up to par with Dominos brand.
2nd time I've received cold food. Probably because they have one driver who delivers all the orders. While using the tracker the estimated time of deliver consistently gets delayed. When trying to call the store they don't answer. The first time I let it go. The second, nah. Had to drive all the way to the store to return the pizza to then wait for another order to be made. No apology. No refund. Nothing.
Proud to say this is my hometown Dominos. I don’t understand the low rating. I’ve never been disappointed. Kudos to these guys. Always new faces. The ladies do a great job as well. Keep up the good work, thank you.
