have had two full orders never delivered. staff waits till close, never leaves store with orders at all, marks as delivered after they turn off the phones....and bam they took your money/food. would call this robbery, not delivery
they will leave the order in the "quality check phase, then at the last minute mark it as complete. total lazy scum
Worst service EVER. 3 hours of waiting to get the coldest pizza ever delivered. After2 hours without food, and a tracker that said my food wad delivered when it wasn't., I spent 27 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone at store #9351. All he could tell me was that the food left the building for delivery. He put a manager on, who then put me on hold again. After 5 more minutes, the original person who answered offered to give me two large pizzas at a future date. I don't...read full review
been hung up on over 6 times now and laughed at. still no pizza delivered and no money back. Ignorent staff who could care less. 2 1/2 hours and wont even answer my number
