The delivery from this place sucks every time I try to get it delivered sometime goes wrong. They never pick up the phone and have a terrible attitude if they do. Would not recommend this location ever

Terrible service. Took over an hour and a half from the time it was reported that the driver left the store. Tried to call the store when it was an hour late and was left on hold for over 20 minutes before hanging up in frustration. Conveniently, the website was not letting me report an issue either. Not Not likely repeating an order any time in the future.

Don’t walk away from the terminal while a customer is paying so you can complete the transaction. This will avoid wasting my time for 10 minutes as you reboot the credit card terminal. No reason to walk away from a customer to answer a personal call on your cell phone.

Worst Domino’s ever. Don’t order here. Threw the food in the trash. Every experience here was messed up. Lacking customer service. Cheese pizza was just dough with air bubbles and no cheese. Ordered pepperoni, instructions not followed. Ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and they didn’t put meat or mushroom in the sandwich. Handed me a sub of burned bread and onions. Don’t be surprised if your extras or drinks get left out. I can go on. Save yourself from the disappointment. Just drive to a different Domino’s or order somewhere else.

I ordered a pizza around 4pm my order got cancelled randomly around 5:40 pm. Call to ask them why the order was cancelled, the guy on the phone said he doesn't know why it was cancelled.. He told me he was just gonna make it again, I said okay I'll just come down to get it instead of having it delivered. Came down to the store noone restarted the order, the guy that I talk to on the phone claim he told me to replace the order. I corrected him to let him know he never said that because if I never got a refund why would I place the order all over again. They eventually made my Over but it was really disappointing seeing everybody that pleased online orders come up to pick their order while I'm sitting there, waiting for my order to be made

Waited for 45 minutes after driver left the location even though I live 9 minutes away from the location. Forgot the drink I ordered as well as the pizza being cold and smashed to one side with the cheese drifting.

They have the worst customer service ever after being on hold for 10 minutes and getting hung up on someone answers the phone and tells me that I have to place an online order. This is the second time this is happened and then I come in the store and look on the board and it’s no orders on the board.

usually i get delivery from this place and tonight i waited 1hr and 30 minutes and called back and they claimed they no longer delivered to my location after already having taken my order. they claimed all the times i ordered in the past were not supposed to be delivered to me despite them being 1.3 miles away. the assistant manager then told me the general manager just left, refused to give me her name and told me to call 1800dominos and hung up on me. the food is usually good but the disrespect was insane tonight. they never called to tell me my food wasn’t coming and when i placed my order the manager confirmed they DO deliver to my location. completely irresponsible and rude treatment from the assistant manager whoever she is.

I have ordered from this location before with only minor issues. I placed an online delivery order tonight. Both pizzas delivered to my home were raw. Dough completely raw under toppings. I called the location 3 time with no answer. Each time I waited on hold about 20mins for someone to answer because I was trying to avoid having to physically go to the restaurant. After an hour of trying to contact the store without success I took the pizzas back, show them the raw pizzas and asked for a refund. No apology. The biggest inconvenience and waste of my time.

Terrible customer service and I didn’t even get what I paid for, and when I tried to call them back to get a refund no one ever picked up. If I don’t get my money back I will never order from dominos again.
