I ordered my pizza online for pickup, i didn’t go to the store until my pick up time. I walked in and the store was full of customers but the employees were pretending to be busy and were not acknowledging any of the customers. After waiting for 30 mins in the stores, I finally got to the front of the line and one of the delivery guys told me my order had not even been made yet despite it being listed as ready. If you value food safety, quality, and good service. Do not come to this location on Park Ave. At least 2 out of the 3 guys in there was high and clearly completely out of it. I walked in the store and was completely ignored by the two guys near the front for nearly 3 minutes while the shorter one just kept glancing at me before finally coming over. I asked the last Monday for a pizza with extra chesse, pepperoni and meet! My meet was misding ....inmediatly I called and I said what happened to a lady. I said to her I dont want a replace I want my money back and she told me ok....i went on Wednesday because I didn't see the refund, I called 3 times more and always they said yes yes you will get a refund....today is Wednesday and nothing happen!
