THE WORST DUNKIN I HAVE EVER BEEN TO EVER, the store is INFESTED with flies which is crazy because its winter?!! the lady that was there on Wednesday 12/04/24 around 3 has to be one of the most incompetent people ive ever met. she literally hides around the corner and does nothing. i got a bagel with cream cheese and it was the thinnest layer. then i ordered munchkins in the kiosk because like i said she was hiding and turns out they didnt even have munchkins and i couldn't get a refund?! and all the flies that were in the donuts was soo disgusting.

As I would expect from a Dunkin’ Donuts location it was exceptional. We only have one in our area back out west in California and it’s 47miles away. They should really have a rule for refills I understand it’s for sanitary reasons but if it’s clean inside the customers that are dining inn should be allowed for refills other wise once customers leaves them the rule would completely comply with the sanitary rule. Other than that the place runs great.

I ordered breakfast through the app this morning and I've never been more disappointed. My lemonade refresher was made with water and tasted awful. I had to remind them about my donut (Boston cream) just to get chocolate frosted. I don't eat meat yet I have bacon on my sandwich. $17 wasted and I'll have to wait until lunch time to get something to eat

This Dunkin is the closest to my job and it's by far the worst Dunkin in the area. My drink order is consistently wrong or not ready when I put in for pick up, my food was always cold when I ordered, and the service is always chaotic and unorganized. Seems to always be understaffed even though I've been to Dunkin's with 2 associates working and they were able to handle it. It's sad because they're in a great location and have a great aesthetic. I've given them so many chances to get it together but, today was just it for me. I hope this feedback will help them reflect on their opportunities on how they can be better because I believe they can.

Horrible service delivery driver the worst I just lost my order thanks to the delivery driver who said he couldn't find my address I gave him options on how to get there and he just acted stupid and left my order somewhere else. I asked for my refund and they did nothing. I don't recommend them.

Terrible service… getting an iced coffee comes across like it’s brain surgery. No one knows what they are doing and overwhelmed during morning rush.
I went with my daughter on memorial day, and I was OVERJOYED to find that it was NOT closed!!!!! I got a hot black coffee and it was...not as good as black coffee can be. She got a refresher with lemonade because that's the awesome and cool way to drink it and she claimed that it was SCRUMDIDILIUMPTIOUS!!!!! the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly-I felt almost at home, and the wide selection of Donuts caught my eye and my hungry daughter's eye. The parking was wonderful as it graced us with an awesome walk past some stores before we got to the actual dunkin. Overall, this simple trip to Dunkin Donuts was one of the BEST experiences of my year!!

Overall clean BUT EXTREMELY CHEAP. I ordered a large latte and it was nowhere full.There was a peaceful homeless man outside so I asked if there was anything the store normally provides for him. I was told “whatever you want”. Then I asked for a bagel and cream cheese and they quickly added it to my bill. After we ordered I then saw that a sausage egg and cheese would have only been three dollars additional… And probably more nutritious for the homeless man then what I had ordered or a doughnut. When I asked to change the order, I was then told that I would be required to spend five dollars since I had already ordered the bagel. This is DISGUSTING behavior.While I understand, all businesses need to make money, I like to support humanitarian businesses with owners, who have empathy and give back to the city. we all know that this Dunkin’ Donuts makes a ton of money every day. I don’t want to support money, hungry, cheap people, who do not have any feelings for others.It also really annoyed me that it was never even suggested that I order the sandwich that was discounted with my drink…. And then they also refused to change it when I realized. I don’t have the menu memorized, but I’m sure the people working there that own it do. They are just out to make money wherever they can, and do not care for others or the community. This is a problem and needs to change. it really turned me off and I hope others are mindful of this when deciding whether or not to patronize this store.
