My hot coffee was great. Whatever you do, double-check before purchasing any donuts. Donut case is filled with fruit flies. Tons of fruit flies all over those donuts. Management is obviously aware because they have Terro fruit fly traps in each corner of the donut case. SMH Absolutely disgusting!!

Excuse me if this is wrong I mean no harm but from my assumption there was a Korean girl in the front that has a huge attitude problem , ordered from the kiosk because she was just walkin back and forth not paying attention then after ordering she proceeded to say that they didn’t have any the donuts we ordered, she had just gotten off the phone with a customer who I guess had hair in there drink and she was also giving them attitude , after telling us there wasn’t any available donuts we wanted she just went to the next customer who I guess was a regular but she was all sweet with him and got his stuff right away even though we ordered first , we told her we did not want any of the donuts that they did have because they we just simply not what we were looking for , we ordered the heart donuts because Valentine’s Day is tomorrow ! She proceeded to call her manager and she while she was giving us a manager we told her that she had a nasty attitude and she made the smart remark to her manger that “ apparently I have a smart attitude“Said that we couldn’t get a refund because we ordered from the kiosk and the manager wasn’t there and too come back the next day which is a huge inconvenience as we do not live in the area . She kept slamming everything down as she was making our drinks till in the end we decided to say we didn’t want any of it because of her disgusting attitude and left all while she proceeded to still talk as we were leaving out . 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND . Clearly the girl is the problem of more than one person is complaining about her just as the person below me is also complaining

I walked in and there was a girl talking on the phone and she didn't pay attention to us. I placed my order from the computer at the entrance. I told the girl who prepared my order that I wanted to know the password because the restroom door was locked. She said there was someone inside to clean and I just said okay. He was explaining again and I confirmed that there was no problem by saying okay. But suddenly he got angry and threw the things in his hand into the sink. he said to himself. I asked if he was okay, he didn't answer. He gave strange reactions to me when I told him there was no problem. He was a very rude person. I'm just a tourist here and I'm having my coffee and wandering around.

Excellent service. When i reached at the counter i realized i had left my wallet at home. Tyri [I think this is the name she gave me. She seemed from Asian or Mixed Heritage; mentioning only to identify her for appreciation by management] asked me what I came I to get. I said small coffer. She made me a large cup and said have a good day. Couldn't be happier.

The worst experience, I took my wife here and the employee used tap water from the mop sink to make a cold brew nitro coffee, because the cold brew nitro coffee set up has been broken for months. This review is similar for other reviewers who for months have watched and stated in their reviews that the staff is adding water to drinks or mixing drinks to stretch a drink that has missing ingredients. The place appears to be a terrible, terrible investment for the person who opened this franchise because the donuts are stale and the staff lacks both in training and working logistical support to make a coffee. If you want to risk 5 or 10 dollars, and get what you pay for, go to "Kneads". Kneads makes Dunkin look like Dunkin serves time capsuled, stale, and half loved, Jail Food.

While there on Sunday morning the cleaning worker began filming me and my husband while we where trying to enjoy a our coffee. She was being very intimating and extremely rude. I’m surprised the management allows such behavior from a staff member. She was cussing at us and being irrational all because she didn’t like we were standing at a table as paying customers that she wanted to clean.The barista staff watched the whole thing and looked just as uncomfortable.No worker or paying customer should have to be subjected to that.Unfortunately we will never return to this location on our yearly trip to Baltimore and will ensure none of our friends who also make the yearly trip do either.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Rude staff that are willing to use foul language and record customers
