Waited 10 minutes for a few donuts while staff was doing a lot of things seemingly ignoring the customers. While not overtly rude to us or any of the other customers (as in they did not say anything rude, simply acted as if we were not there) we were ignored while waiting and did not even get our simple order started until we asked after 10 minutes of standing and waiting in front of the counter. Admittedly I don’t work there so I don’t know what they were doing or if it was important or not. However, getting ignored the entire time while they’re doing it leads me to feel that they do not care. The older lady working did not have a good vibe and was ignoring customers talking to her and just walking away to do other things. Another younger lady had her pants sagging on shift while behind the counter and exposing her underwear. I come to this location occasionally and not sure if staff changed or what the case is but their behavior and presentation was unprofessional, unpleasant, and definitely makes me not want to come back to this location.

I don’t understand why Dunkin’ Donuts is so popular. My experience was a disaster. The sandwich was disappointing, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this location.
The service was poor as well — I ordered hot coffee but was given iced, and instead of the croissant sandwich I asked for, I got a regular one, served upside down.

Ordered a dozen donuts around 3am for my elderly father and they told the door dash driver that they didn’t have any donuts! What kind of store doesn’t have donuts that’s open 24/7! You people are crazy and door dash isn’t even trying to refund us even with the driver telling us in the chat that they don’t have any donuts! Insane lazy people that should be shut down! Thumbs down! Bad business! $17.48 wasted in a dozen of doubts we did not receive! Fraud!

Drive-thru order. They did an excellent job with my mango green tea refresher light ice. It was not watered down, just the right concentration of green tea and refresher syrup. Hard to get this consistently across DDs. The hashbrowns were warm and fresh too.

This is a very busy location although it’s hard to find parking they are very efficient and run very well. Food is always hot and good.
Really bad service at this Dunkin. I get that it’s busy, but at least acknowledge people. Y’all looked right at us and said nothing while we waited forever. A simple “we’ll be right with you” would’ve been better than just ignoring everyone.

Staff need to learn to listen to the customer. How can you take an order and get it wrong then tell me to go back around and wait? Don’t tell me to come to the window to take my order then go back around and get back in line. Worst service ever. This is the second time. Drive thru needs to be retrained. How do you get mad because I don’t want any condiments? If it wasn’t for the fact it’s local and open 24hrs I wouldn’t go there on the way to work.
