This location is usually busy during mornings.My order, placed via the Dunkin' app, was incomplete, but I didn't realize it until I got back home. I called to inform them about the mistake. The manager, I believe, was kind, apologetic and offered to resolve the matter whenever I stopped in again. Instead I chose to call customer service to request a refund for the item not included in my order. The resolution took a chat session, two phone calls and a month to be realized!

I came in to place an order the guy on the front line looked at me for a minute before greeting me. The other guy fixing the machine spoke and then he spoke. If didn’t ask what would I like to order or anything he proceeded to go stand by the guy who was fixing the machine. Until he heard a mobile order than he came to the front line. Poor customer service not to to mention I was the only customer in the store.

No place to Dine In. Guy looked at me weirdly when I asked if there was a place to sit and only shook his head. Be respectful in serving others. I would have bought if it was dine in AND take out. But with that kind of "welcome", nope.Kid-friendliness: If they can't be friendly to adults, how can they be friendly to kids?

Rude and incompetent can sum up what I think of this Dunkin location. Maybe I need to come in on certain days, but they always get my order wrong. Every time you come to this location, you will see people coming back because they messed up an order or something is missing. They are also rude when you approach the counter. The white female at the counter was extremely rude, giving me the death stare. The young Indian guy was lazy. I made a mobile order for a coffee drink and they added the wrong flavor shots. I came back to tell them it was wrong. The young man proceeded to add the flavor shots to the wrong drink instead of making it over. Keep in mind, it was simple coffee drink with cream and flavor shots, that's it. Nothing else. He then said something to an older gentlemen ( I'm assuming is the manager or lead) in a different language. The older man says something to him, in another language, and the younger man tells me that I would need to BUY my drink all over again. He told me I could either take the wrong drink and add the preferred flavor shots in the wrong one, or buy a new one. I told him I didn't want it and left. A kind guest behind me flagged me down to come back. He had seen everything and decided to pay for my drink to be corrected. I AM NOT COMING HERE AGAIN! Not until there has been some improvement. I thought after NOT coming to this Dunkin for 2 years, it would've changed, but no, its gotten worse. I will be grabbing my coffee closer to home for now on or elsewhere. It sucks because this is the closest one to my job. I will say the only time my drink is right is when the women are working that day. I don't know their names or what days but that's the only few times my order is correct.

I was taking a short phone call outside before entering the restaurant and the overzealous security guard told me I needed to leave because I was loitering. I didn't enter or make a purchase because I'm not going to spend money any place that treats me that way. I was on the phone for less than two minutes and speaking at a normal volume, not bothering anyone. Unbelievable.

How incompetent can they be?Best not ask such a question, they may take that as a challenge or a mission.Picture it.... 6:25 on a Wednesday morning. Not a single customer in the store as I walk in and approach the kiosk and place an order for a chocolate chip muffin. That's it. nothing fancy or crazy, no $100 order, just a simple muffin. Paid for it and approached the counter, only for the lady to tell me no Chocolate Chip muffins. Not that they were out of 'em mind you, but that they no longer carry them and haven't for some time. So I opt for a blueberry muffin and quickly left the store, on my way to work.Foolishly I did not check the bag before I left the store because upon opening it on my drive to work, I found a coffee cinnamon muffin instead.Are they incompetent, lazy or not understanding their own basic menu? WTF? I'd hate to go to this place when they're busy.I wanted to leave this review for a heads up to others, only this store location is not listed. Now I kinda know why! If my staff were as incompetent as they, and I as mgmt were oblivious, I wouldn't want this store to be listed either!

I normally stop at Royal Farms for coffee but Dunkin was closer today. The coffee was cold. It took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me as I stood at the counter waiting to let someone know about my cold coffee. I asked if they could give me another because my coffee was cold. The second drink was hot, but tasted like hot milk with a drop of coffee.

Not only did they lack basic customer service skills, but they also exhibited a complete disregard for the well-being of their staff. The employees seemed visibly stressed and overwhelmed, leading to a chaotic and disorganized environment. It was evident that the manager's lack of leadership skills and inability to effectively manage the team contributed to the overall negative experience.Additionally, the quality of the food was utterly disappointing. The coffee I ordered was lukewarm and tasted stale, leaving a bitter aftertaste. The donuts, which are typically a highlight at Dunkins, were stale and lacked freshness. It was evident that the food had been sitting out for an extended period, further emphasizing the lack of attention to detail and commitment to providing customers with a satisfactory experience.Overall, I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with my visit to this particular Dunkins location. The combination of a poorly managed establishment and subpar food quality has left a lasting negative impression. I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider visiting this Dunkins, as there are surely better options available where both the management and food quality are up to par.

The owners, Ahmed and Zane Ali are personable, funny, kind, helpful and very generous. It is a pleasure to come here and also, be able to boycott corporate Starbucks in the process (there's a Starbucks next door to this place and they are throwing away hundreds of dollars of the display food every day! when so many people are starving! when there's an energy crisis!). This N. Charles St. Dunkin' Donuts is such an oasis for connection starved souls (and aren't we all connection starved?) Thank you for being wonderful, Ahmed and Zane, keep the smiles and the excellent business practices going. We are loyal customers!
