Been in the Mt Vernon area for 3 years now. I used to get Dunkin here once or twice a week, then cut it down to probably once a month now. But every time I've come by this Dunkin spot, there's been one employee working hard on weeknights. It's been a while since I've been by, so I forget his name, but he's been extremely kind and considerate to everyone that comes through. I know there are more employees because I've stopped by on Sundays, but during the week, and sometimes Saturdays, he's been the only employee. PLEASE, either hire another person or just give the guy a major raise! He holds down the fort and provides great, quick service despite being one person. When I came by this evening he handled a line of 5 deftly. He deserves much more credit and support!

The app glitched and my order didn't go through until 5 minutes after I placed it. The staff were kind enough to proritize preparing my order so I didn't miss my Lyft Ride.

Without a doubt, if we are talking about food quality, the best Dunkin location in Baltimore's Mt Vernon area. However, do be aware that yes, they are out of some bakery items pretty regularly, yes, there is no seating so atmosphere is nothing to rave about, but this is still my first Dunkin choice around my neighborhood!

The staff are great and very pleasant and friendly. I wish they would allow interchangeable meats for the $6 special, but I get it. The food is always fresh and hot.

It's fine except for two hours problems: nowhere to sit (even though they have plenty of room) and no restroom. Businesses that don't have bathrooms should be closed immediately. (And you wonder why the streets smell so bad...)

Without a public bathroom anymore, there is a lot less to deal with inside and around this dunkin. Better than it used to be....watch out in this shopping center after dark though yall

Consistently out of most varieties of donuts and won't warn you before you make an order on the kiosk. The jokes on me for continuing to go. At least he let me substitute my donuts for avocado toasts.

Peppermint mocha latte tastes like milk and syrup. Did they even put coffee in this?

Came here on a whim because it was the closest one in route and I'm so glad I did. Mr. Dixon provided excellent customer service and a pleasant experience which stayed my morning off right. He was professional but also warm and welcoming and my sandwich and coffee were delicious. Thanks so much!!!

They charge over a dollar for a cup of tap water. The maple bacon sandwich was good, but the iced coffee was overly sweet and not very good. It was $20 for and iced coffee, a sandwich, a diet coke and some water. Price gouging at its finest. And restaurants are questioning why sales are down........ could it be that customers do not feel valued? Hmmm
