This Dunkin consistently has 0 donuts and if you preorder a donut, they never have it ready and you have to go to the counter, sometimes to find out they actually don’t have donuts. Went today at 9a… not a single donut(and this is not the first time I’ve gone this early and this has happened)

Late post, went to this location late last Saturday, purchased a lemonade, it taste just like water, the only person there was very very very Rude, when asking for a refund, she said she couldn't give refunds, and since I drank out the cup, I wouldn't get a refund, very rude, I will NEVER enter this location again

started coming here in January. i get an iced coffee with cream & flavor and it is always very consistent. the coffee is always good. the staff is also very nice, even at 6am. one of the few good dunkin’s i’ve had in maryland!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ location for quite some time, spending over $300 a month and visiting daily. The staff and manager know me well, and I’ve always appreciated the friendly service. However, today 8/3/25 9:41 AM, I had an unfortunate experience. I tried a new flavor of refresher, didn’t like it, and requested an exchange for my usual flavor. Despite my regular patronage and the fact that they’ve always accommodated me in the past, the manager refused and was quite rude. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. I will not be returning. I hope the management can improve their approach to loyal customers in the future.

I’m really impressed with the speed this Dunkin’ operates! I can place my cold brew order and by the time I walk in it’s ready, LOVE IT.
As a Dunkin fanatic, It’s really disappointing how some Dunkin’s make watered-down espresso, half brewed cold brew, or sell iced coffee as cold brew. This location always has great tasting cold brew and I’m just hoping it stays that way!
Parking: The Harris Tester parking garage is one left away from the Dunkin. Depending on your spot it’s a 1 minute walk. I also see people temporarily park behind the building and bank lane (I don’t think this is encouraged) Always plenty of well lit parking. If you want to park closer there is paid street parking.
Bagels taste like several-day old frozen pizza crust. They are stale and the crust has no snap to it like good bagel crust should.
