This is probably the best Dunkin on the east coast! The people working care and they are so engaging with their customers. My mind was blown when they had my coffee ready before I got in line to pay. This is what exceptional customer service looks like!

This is the best Dunkin franchise I've ever been to, without question. I don't understand the other reviews that mention bad service -- the staff is extremely helpful, efficient, and high-quality. I'll order something on my the mobile app and it'll be ready less than 2 minutes later. If they've ever gotten an order mixed up, they fix it without hesitation. I love coming to this Dunkin' to get my day started!

This Dunkin Donuts will serve you caffeinated drinks and label it decaf, when you clear ask for decaf... idk if they don't understand the difference. I Dont trust them. I'm on to y'all.
