Bagel was basically warmed up, not actually toasted.
Like, come on guys, lookup the definition of toast, it’s not “a warmed up bagel”.
Most every other Einsteins location knows this and actually toasts their bagels upon request.
Looks like it should have stayed in the toaster for twice the time or they should have raised the heat on the toaster when sending the bagel through.

At least 2-3 flies in the bagel cabinet.
Food was delicious. I gave it four stars because they put WAY too much cream cheese on the bagel. The meat and egg couldn't even stay on the and the cream cheese was oozing out.
I really enjoy Einstein bagels and I think that was a one off. Separately, their coffee is always delicious.
