Einstein Bros. Bagels

The service lady here has a lot of attitude. Ask her for a minute to look at the menu and she's not happy. Then she refuses service unless I wish her a good morning. She needs to get herself checked for wearing sunglasses indoors at 7 am before showing attitude to paying patrons. Is she hiding the fact that she's intoxicated?

Asked to toast bagel on the sandwich.....nope microwaved it....too bad I tipped before sandwich was made

Food was disgusting. Bagel not toasted and old. Food not hot. Order taker was friendly. Drink girl was rude. Would never eat there again. Staff picked up bagels from bins with bare hands. The whole place was wrong. Ewwww.

Today’s morning crew were so fast and efficient! There was a line and I was still up to the register and got my iced latte in about 4 min. My drink was ready as soon as I paid. Server listed on my receipt was Raymonta!

6am and these ladies were nothing but pleasant. The food and coffee was fresh. It was a breath of fresh air!

Fast, friendly service. The coke in the cooler next to the cashier may be the cheapest in ghe airport.

Buyer beware. Guess they are thinking of new ways to make a profit. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich on ciabatta just as advertised on their menu, published price of $9.10. But it rang up as $9.60 - 50 cents more, the cashier said it was because I ordered ciabatta. I responded my order is exactly what is on their menu for $9.10. Cashiers shoulders shrug and I got the “I just work here”. Service very slow, waited 22 minutes for sandwich. I will add the sandwich was very warm and very spicy which I appreciated.

This place closes too early at 2p. I never got a chance to visit.

Terminal C @ Baltimore Maryland Airport Southwest Airlines area. I paid for a double toasted lox bagel, i got a lukewarm fish sandwich 🤮. Sloppy. Poor service. Rude. Not busy. Asked for sugar for my coffee. Was told we don’t have any sugar, use the sugarfree. I said I can’t consume sugarfree, please provide refund for coffee?
Another associate left the register and brought out some regular sugar packets. 😳Register associate used the same gloves to handle food and travelers money. Place is trashed, ice scoop on floor, service counter littered disgusting. I left my food on their trashed counter and left. I regret tipping in advance.

The cashier asked us our bagels then walked away before we answered to continue helping out the people at the register. They were out of decaf espresso and couldn’t make hot coffees.
