THERE ARE FLYS IN THE BAGEL WARMER !
I was literally second on line when I looked down at the bagel warmer and saw several flys buzzing around as staff threw fresh bagels in. I jumped out of line immediately. Staff is completely inattentive.

The level of unprofessionalism continues to grow i was going to leave a tip but was hurried to step aside where the cashier was unprofessional to the next person

Google really needs to make 0 star reviews. These girls are absolutely the most rude. Attitude is not required for everything it only reinforces a stereotype of young black girls which are the people working at this BWI location. If you do not like your job get another. Do yourself a favor, skip the attitude - wait and eat at another location, it’s simply not worth it. Airport food is already overpriced, couple that with terrible service and bad food. For anyone reading this - choose something else.

Yes, it’s airport food, but Einstein Bros. serves the same food here as everywhere else. I had some kind of cheesy chicken veggie sandwich on a toasted sesame bagel, and it was stuffed and well-made and delicious. Servers were friendly and quick, and i was able to relax with my tasty hot meal at my gate nearby on Concourse C.

The bagel sandwich was mediocre, but the cold brew vanilla shake was absolutely terrible. It wqs a spoonful of coffee in a cup of crushed ice with no vanilla whatsoever

Horrible service. It is funny when you pay , you are kind of force to leave a Tip. I didn't see an option of no tip on their little IPads.

Horrible service with an attitude, especially when you don't get them a 20% tip when you o lu order A bagel. The bagel was hard as a rock and would break your teeth. Sadly, was running late for a
Flight to take it back and stand in the long line. Refund. Do yourself a favor and bring something yourself.

Horrific service, absolutely rude. Sandwich did not taste fresh and didn't finish it. For a resteraunt in an international airport you do NOT want this as your introduction to the U.S. Embarrassing.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. If someone hates people, they shouldn't get a job in customer service.

Most horrible experience i have ever received at a airport food location. 3 women behind the counter gossiping instead of completing orders. My order got overlooked and 3 other customers got their sandwiches completed after I had ordered mine. The mixup wouldnt have happened if the women were not gossiping and ignoring the orders that were coming in. Out of the 3 only 1 was doing anything. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Shameful avocado toast. No toppings, no salt, no spice, forgot the everything blend. Avocados are hard and tasteless. One employee was great and personable, the others seemed resentful that we were there? Who knows. Bad spot all around.

Blegh. This cold brew with caramel syrup tastes like cheap chocolate flavoring. The staff defended it. So I don’t know whether they made the drink wrong or if it always tastes bad.
