Haven't been here in long time and was happy to see it was as good quality as I remembered. Food was great, smashburgers on special and good beer selection. Live music was a great addition. Service was very attentive. Recommend highly!
This resturant has so much potential and yet falls short. It would be a great place to grab some average bar food and hang out with friends but there isn't much value beyond that.

I have been here many MANY times for school fundraisers and random get togethers. Today 1-7-23, I had my first real disappointment in the kitchen/ waitstaff where my parties' collective food came out dry, cold and made wrong. I gave the service good marks because they continue to have great staff, I just need their food to come out right.
The food was good, about what I expected. It was freezing in the restaurant (we were there for lunch on a weekday). Despite being fairly empty, the service was slow - but very friendly.

It was a birthday dinner. A note was made on the reservation but no acknowledgment was made. Service was little slow to start but probably due to the size of the server's station.

Disappointing.I've been going to Five and Dime since it opened before the pandemic. It WAS great. Tons of beers, food was excellent, service, was great.Yesterday (a Thursday evening), we had a great server and fast food arrival. But: the beer selection has diminished and is ordinary. The food--god, so bad. I thought the fried pickles were a bit salty, but, hey, they are pickles, yeah. But the wings, the hot chicken sandwich; both smothered in sauce that was so salty you couldn't taste the chicken.I guess the philosophy: "Put so much salt on it, so they can't tell how bad it is" is in full play here.I am so disappointed as this was my go-to place when family or out of town business partners wanted to go some place casual, but good. You are still casual Five and Dime, but the food is just plain bad, and the beer selections are boring.No more.

Unfortunately, our experience was not very good. Other than our waitress, the service was poor and the hostess and food runners quite unfriendly. The food was mediocre and unappetizing (moldy berries and sloppy plate presentation). Disappointing for a holiday outing in Hampden with my children.

Fun atmosphere and vibe. Service was slow and late follow up from the server who seemed overwhelmed. Food was ok. The salad with beef strips was unappetizing-steak black and overcooked. Fries were barely warm and no condiments offered for burgers fries and sandwiches. Salmon was delicious. A 20% gratuity was added to our check for a pats of 4, with no mention of this by the server.

Restaurant appeared dirty. Floor is sticky, our table was sticky and dirty and we had to ask to have it wiped off. We have been here before and like it, but the whole place needs a deep cleaning.
Service was excellent. Food was fair. Adding a 20% for every party is absurd. Maybe 15-18 but 20%. Thankfully our server was excellent. Unfortunately for him, would have given more but to put it on the bill is unreasonable. Will not be returning.
From the ambiance, large portions, exceptionally wonderful and attentive service (Willow=amazing!) my family and I had a fabulous time for dinner and drinks. Our next brunch will be here since other patrons explained that is enjoyable as well!

Great service! Our server was very attentive and funny. Food was delicious. Best breakfast potatoes ever. We’ll be back with friends!EDIT: Back again 3 weeks later! Still delicious and reasonably priced!

Forgot to get pics of the burger until after it was cut. Drinks werent bad except for the manhattan(way to much on the bitters) burger was ehh. They tried to make a buffalo smash burger but didnt work out. Wasnt terrible, wasnt great ?♂️. Eggs were delish but $8 for 2 eggs seems steep.Do want to note that Willow did a great job. Very personable.

I have been here twice, once for a lunch and once in the evening and have to say that I am very happily impressed with this location.They have an interesting list of different types of beer on tap that is constantly changing, which I like because it offers new and interesting beers to try on tap, not just from a can or a bottle.As far as food goes, the specials are actually really good (and sadly not something always on the menu). The menu items are nicely varied so that many tastes can be catered to and the portion sizes for everything are good to amazing considering the prices.And finally, the staff is really good. Professional but also very friendly and engageable so that you get either left alone as you require with minimoba timely interruptions or, you get gregarious and conversational people. We're more than happy to pass a little time and talk about things as the conversation comes up.I definitely recommend this place as somewhere to go if you have that conversation that I seem to be involved in. Many many times: so where do you want to go tonight?I humbly suggest trying out this place. I would be genuinely surprised if you had much to complain about.
