My server was a sweetheart and I really enjoyed my service. The food was delicious and the ambiance was nice.
All of our servers were incredibly friendly and helpful. I remember being attended to by a woman who had clearly read my special instructions for the night, and we were indeed served some of everything on the menu. The picanha came often, and all of the meat in our churrascos were incredible. I sprung for the wagyu ribeye, and it was perfectly seasoned by the fancy heated salt block. The quality of the vanilla in the creme brulee was a highlight. Fogo de Chão is the only place that I ever want to hold my birthday celebrations!
We went for my son's birthday. He is a Marine Veteran, and we told them in advance, but no acknowledgement of his birthday. I am a non meat eater, but tried a bite of steak. It was tough! I ordered salmon, and it was way over salted. The side dishes were just o.k. We didn't drink, and didn't order dessert, but the bill was over $350 for 3 people!!! I personally, will not go back.
Fogo was nice for my birthday dinner. We went late abt 1.5 hrs before closing. The experience was the same even being so close to closing and the manager very politely let us know that the salad bar area was closing and to make our last rounds but the main course would keep coming. Only Hiccup with having a late reservation (9:15pm) is that the valet closes at 9pm so it was confusing to say the least to valet my car as the valet is trying to go home. Another point I would like to see changed is the servers being knowledgeable on the meats they served as I asked what's the difference between Top sirloin and Bottom sirloin and did not receive an answer.
Service was bad. Never received a refill even after asked twice. Couldn't understand the waiter. We had to ask for meat to come to our table multiple times. Plenty of open tables, so not that busy.
Food was good and it was a cool experience but service at this particular location was extremely slow. We never were offered certain meats or were passed by multiple times until we asked about it. We also asked for more sides and steak sauce multiple times and never received them from anyone we asked. Would not go back to this location, I've been to the Philadelphia location and never had these issues
I shared my experience with my waitress, which was not a representation of her service because she was great. I've been to so many Fogo de Chao locations across the country so, I have a clear expectation of what I'll receive. It was my birthday and was completely underwhelmed. For a $52 full churrasco experience, they only came around with a pork sausage, cheese with honey, lamb and top sirloin. I had to ask what else was available and he could only name a ribeye so there just isn't a variety at this location. The waitress shared this was a normal complaint she's heard before. 😔
We have been to this location several times. At our most recent visit, it was clear that they were understaffed and/or had a problem in the kitchen. Multiple food items in the market table area were empty at any given time. The meat servers were few and far between - it took forever for my dining partner to be served and have an entire meal. Other diners were looking around regularly for the meat servers. A manager came by two or three times asking what we were waiting on, but that seemed to make no difference. We were about 1/3 into our meal before we received "sides." Apparently, due to the holiday, we were charged for two full churrasco meals, even though I don't eat meat and only eat the market table. At the end of the night, a visit to the ladies' room revealed they were out of paper towels (and no hand dryers), so ladies were wiping wet hands on their clothes, and more than one stall was out of toilet paper. It was a really terrible dining experience, especially for the cost and the drive. We will need to consider a different location and/or a different restaurant next time.
Fogo de Chao has become trash. Service at this location sucked and the food was poorly prepared. Waitress was rude and bothered by me asking for a wine list. Better off going to a Golden Corral.
I'm a regular customer of the Fogo de Chao in downtown Baltimore, and they always make me feel extremely welcome. The staff there are friendly, helpful, and overall just wonderful. The food on the Market Table is a feast in and of itself, but then the selection of freshly grilled meats makes the experience perfect. I'm a sucker for the roasted lamb...it melts in your mouth!

Quick to seat you and ask what you would like, those likes never come except for a last effort once you are completing your dining experience. Items brought to table and dropped off not by request.
Worst experience!! Poor service, had to beg for drink refills, poor variety of meats offered. Meat was either undercooked or raw.
Súper busy place, not really worth the price. A lot of staff they just seemed like they were running around not knowing what they were doing.
This was on my wife's lists to visit and I chose her birthday to visit. From beginning to end, we enjoyed our time at Fogo de Chão. The service was great and the food was AMAZING. Everything we tried was great and the salad bar exceeded what I expected. The staff helped make my wife's special day amazing and I can't thank them enough. We'll be back for sure!
I will never return to this restaurant. Yes it was a busy Friday, but our experience in Baltimore had changed my opinion of the entire chain. Including my regular Fogo. The host was rude at check in. The service was non existent and the food when you got it was overcooked and dry. Our server visited the table about every 30 minutes. Drinks were ignored and when you asked for something it never arrived. We sat by the door to the kitchen and the meat passed out table without stopping or serving. This was a business dinner with clients. I was truly embarrassed as the host. Our bill was over 700 dollars. We received no value for it, solely frustration and disappointment. There was no manager to talk to and no apology. Fogo Baltimore should be ashamed of themselves.
