You know how you're dreading eating at the hotel because you know it will be boring AND expensive, and then out of the blue you run smack into a terrific alternative right across the street? That's Frank & Nic's. They have a specials menu which for me, two days in a row, featured crab pretzels. If you're not familiar, this is crab dip (lots of crab)! broiled over a long soft pretzel. Food and drinks were very good. Staff was very friendly even with the large crowd that night. A few parties were happening while there. Easy to accommodate all. Would definitely return when back in the area.
Staff are very conversational in a touristy-kind of way. Beer selections are mediocre and the food is not worth mentioning. Across the street from Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium so the attraction is it's better presentation than the other offerings along this downtown sports corridor.
