OMG what happened here. Three staff members were working. Doing their jobs but no one was helping each other out as team members when someone got in the weeds. The two female members were on their phones, on opposite ends of the line. One girl got angered because of the lack of help that she walked out. My wife and I decided to come here to meet up with her brother, who was in town in business. None of us had eaten here before. I was originally planning to get something completely different than what I'd ordered, so I was surprised when my mouth blurted out turkey and swiss. It ended up being very delicious, and I'm glad I ordered it. I also ordered a bowl of the broccoli cheddar soup, and it was one of the best soups I'd ever had. It's Potbelly so pretty much know what to expect from the sandwiches and other food on hand. Although the first person making the sandwich seemed to have a little attitude, the other two people making and ringing up the purchase were welcoming and fine. Funny how customer service has changed over the years and some that work in it still don't get it. Grabbed the Italian and a couple of cookies which their cookies are always pretty tasty and satisfying for that sweetness itch.
